The worst place to shop in Perth. Can't even enjoy looking around, let alone try shop for something. Without a wannabe security/employer racially profiling us. There was alot of people in there too. Yet it felt like all eyes were on us and to top it off we were probably only in there for a few minutes. Before we walked out unimpressed by the constant stares and useless customer service who were very unwelcoming! I actually would of scored 0 stars! Don't even deserve a 1

Special thanks to Khalid, who took his time to help me with my shopping! Although he was under the pump, his service was the best I have ever experienced, going above and beyond looking for products. The staff are amazing and so accommodating!

Good customer service went in looking at a jumper and got shown a better one that suited me better. Prischilla good store person knows herstyles

I always really enjoy going in here. Lots of clothes and shoes to choose from. The huge amount choices may seem overwhelming at first, but the staff are really lovely and will take time out of their day to help you find what you're looking for. The staff here are just really amazing. They are so helpful and you can just tell they really know their stuff. I always enjoy the music they play in there too.

Came in to the perth store and was greeted by a man by the name of alex who gave exceptional service. We had great conversation while i was spending money without even realising.overall store was an amazing experience and all the staff are very helping, music was just a tad loud but still enjoyable

Went in to buy some clothes on 27/3/21 at around 4.30 PM after 15 minutes of not being greeted or asked if I needed assistance I decided to help my self as all the staff members decided to either walk past me or completely ignore me I didn't bother asking for help as most of them seemed too busy talking to their colleagues. After I managed to luckily find items in my size which took some time since the clothes were just shoved in the shelving in a complete random order I proceeded to walk to the change rooms again being completely ignored with staff members not even wanting to make eye contact with me. After I tried my clothes on I waited at the counter for another 5 minutes when one staff member decided to start folding clothes instead of serving me. When I was finally served the Girl that served me didn't attempt small talk but decided to talk to her fellow staff member about "Not wanting to go out tonight".

This isn't the first time I've had this experience at culture kings but it will be the last time i shop there.

Friendly staff and always find something i want. Even if i don't visit the place for a year the guy remembers me haha. Keep up the good work.

Great range of quality shoes and clothing. Staff were great and more than willing to help me out and fill me in on the latest upcoming drops.

Asked to try some caps on after waiting nearly 15 minutes for someone to assist me with the ladder to get one down but the staff member was more interested in chatting to his colleague and mates in the store, It seemed like I was interrupting them and they were hell rude about it just because I wanted to try more than one so I just walked out, service was way better across the road at JD's.

Great service when I visited. The guy who served me was very helpful. Would have given 5 stars but I rang- to ask if they had what I was looking for- several times over 3 hours and not one answer. They told me when I got there that they can't always man the counter & can't hear the phone over the music.

Love the clothes there cheap and not expensive. Love buying there because they grow so fast and you get nice clothes that you don't spend a lot of money for due to baby/kids growing out of clothes fast.

I don't really buy much streetwear, but I did visit and purchase a few jackets, the staff were friendly and helpful and quality wise my jackets were well worth the money

Turns out they don’t have a no refund policy, I tired to return this jacket I got, only thing they said was Exchange for something else or store credit, I just wanted my money back, I really don’t want this jacket, pretty disappointed in culture kings Perth, probably start shopping a superdry for their jackets

Was treated very poorly by the team that looked after me and was made to feel like a criminal. Will not be doing any business with this company moving forward and I would recommend other people avoid them as well.no star's here (had to put in in order to post this review! @#$%)!

The shopping experience was fantastic, it’s about closing time but yet the stuff is so energetic to serve the client and they really good in getting the right size of shoes for you. Overall experience was superb and the price is reasonable for the service and the shoes I bought
