My first order, the box was damaged. So they gave me a voucher for express shipping which wasn’t applied on my next order.then after I placed the next order. They tell me they don’t double box.but they send me an email to say my order is packed with care.sending my shoebox in a bag is not packaged with care.if they would have told me this, I would’ve ordered from Footlocker

I had a really good experience buying shoes. Wael (staff member) was super helpful and happy to get us the sizes we needed or do price checks.over all really good customer service, and to top it off i won a pair of jordan’s from there holy grail machine, will definitely be coming back

Well honestly I hate looking for clothes for myself but also, still like to stay fresh as I can. Not only did Georgia come and help us out, she was on the money with the style and sizing straight off the bat. Helped me spend more than I wanted to but by the end of it I was that impressed and I was happy as with all the options so got it

Being 90% of your business is online I think free return should be for everything over $100 at least

Have rang the store and trying to get through since the morning. It rings once, goes to an automated message to say they're experiencing a high volume of calls.then I just hear the ads for ages and no one picks up.

I have ordered a 14k pendant worth $200 online and paid express post but have recieved an empty box today! Very dissappointed. Would never buy anything from you guys ever again!

They were really nice and when we were at the cashier the person gave me a free hat and free pair of socks and there is so much clothes to choose from

Very helpful and friendly staff. Only criticism I could add is music is a tad loud. Other than that awesome atmosphere.

Don’t order hats from these guys they post them out all scrunched up in a package. No care given at all. Go stateside sports instead. All they did was send the same hats back to me. After telling me to send them back for new ones. Then they blame the postal service. They scrunched them into a box with other items. They’re deceitful

The girl who was serving me was so polite on the 24th September at around 12pm. She helped me find a really nice outfit for listen out as I was extremely tired and frustrated I couldn’t find anything else in any other stores this whole month. Her name was Maha and this customer service really made my day, I will definitely be returning? She almost broke my bank account

5/2/2022 in store (Perth) was great and the staff were very supportive with our issue however we had an problem with a voucher and the ladies on the other end of the customer service number who I rang for help were rude and not helpful at all, even after my many calls, For a stuff up their end from a previous employee (so not my fault at all) we were not able to use the voucher in store. Had I known this I wouldn’t have bothered driving an hour to take my son shopping and would have brought the shoes from a different store.
Disappointed, frustrated and angry is the only way to describe it!

Normally buy from here but won't be ordering again, got a pair of slides and after the first day there's ripping in the rubber, clearly cheap make disappointing. I use to love culture things now I ain't sure hopefully the clothing I got isn't this bad. Apparently I have to give a star to post so 1.

Friendly staff. Amazing varieties of caps. Bought one today. I'm a happy customer. Thumbs up for you guys. If this is ASX listed company, I'm gonna invest for sure.

This is personal experience but I was treated quite badly (borderline racist) by the young gentleman in the store. Good collection that I recommend you order online unless you want have a terrible shopping experience.
