26I ordered 4 pizzas and they arrived cold and the taste was very poor i wont be ordering from them again.
Crust, what has happened to you? When I first tried you it was bundles of luxurious topping in wonderful, new flavour combos. Now it feels and looks more like a slightly up market dominoes, with sleek branding.
The pizza was tasty but at all not generous in its size for an "XL", two regular adult eaters and no left overs. The $10 salad below was bereft of any generosity, no mixing and just basic ingredients, again an "XL" - it would have been fine as a side salad with a parmi but as a stand alone item it needs more volume and elevating.
The Crust brand is one I will not revisit and I will look for my pizza fix from a local joint in the future.
Goodbye Crust.
Pizza arrived tonight tepid and just didn't look fresh. It actually looked made in advance and reheated. None of us really ate it. For the high cost of Crust, you expect better.
My partner and I had been trying to order pizzas online since 8pm. We gave up due to constant failure/rejection saying the business was closed so we decided to go for a drive and arrived at 9.30pm. It took us 10 minutes to get served as the kids in the kitchen were too busy on their phones to serve us. During the waiting period, i heard the phone ring out a couple of times. Once answered the boys in the background were yelling out, we're shut!
The pizzas weren't bad but after this experience will be reluctant to go back again. I feel for the owner as his staff aren't doing his business any justice.
Waited 1 hour for delivery for 2 pizzas to arrive. 1 of them was wrong. By the time the other one arrived the other pizza was cold. No apology, 55.00 and terrible service. Not Happy!
Ordered online. Phoned half an hour after requested delivery. Was told order was with the driver. Rang 25 minutes later and they couldn't find the order, despite the fact they had already taken payment!
Waiting for the OWNER to call me.
