Constantly cancels orders. 3 in a row. Don’t advertise as open if you don’t take orders 40 mins before you close.

Worst pasta meal ever! How on earth do you get crunchy pasta carbonara. I actually vomited after eating it. Which I only ate as I was hungry. There was no flavour and it was very dry. For $13 I could only give 1 star. Will never order again. Couldn't taste the cheese either, so bland and hardly any mushrooms or bacon.

Tried the vegan smokey pulled jack fruit pizza and vegan garlic bread. The pizza was overloaded and the flavour wasn’t great. The garlic bread was under cooked. I was very disappointed. The customer service was good though.

Waited for one and half hours for our delivery, on arrival the food was cold, bolognese was cold & vile tomatoes used for sauce had black bits on them looked like dirt! The garlic bread was lukewarm and extremely greasy only one pizza of the order was actually warm, will never buy from this place again! Extremely disappointing!

We normally get pick up from Carine which is absolute perfection every time but tonight we decided to get delivery which forces us to order from Beldon. Will never be getting delivery again. Garlic bread undercooked, pizza cold and 30 minutes late and had about 1/4 of the usual toppings. The food was overall ok but a big disappointment compared to what we are used to. I hope anyone who has only experienced Crust from this store tries it from somewhere else and does not let this store taint your experience of the franchise.

Just ordered 2 large pizzas, when picked up, thought the order was wrong, looked like small med in size, paid $36 and to top it off they weren’t very nice, will not be visiting crust again,

Wasn't that bad but soooo overpriced for what you get. Instead of sliced roasted potato I got frozen chips which I have to admit was rather chuckle worthy, were it not $22 (yes, $22) for a basic pizza.

Couldn't even find my place even tho I gave it to them 4 times staff couldn't take payment over the phone.delivery driver wouldn't get out of car because I have a dog. Then I had to finish cooking the pizza because it was pretty much raw.wish I could give 0 stars

I never had dramas until today. Very disappointed with Beldon store.

Store was not busy at all.

Staff didn’t even bother to check customise request, requested to take couple off and add 1.

I was given wrong pizza, thanks to me. I checked.

I didn’t reloaded the topping issues prior to getting home in Ellenbrook.

Food is good and staff are friendly enough, but handle food unsafely and apparently don't read instructions on orders:
* Pizzas about to be baked are placed in a rack that stacks vertically, posing a huge cross contamination risk.
* Pizza slicer isn't cleaned between uses (e.g, used on a pizza with pesto, then used on others).
* Asked for ingredients to be substituted, directions were ignored.

Pasta Bolognese regular. Dried out pasta with 3 unidentifyable balls in there. Could have been meat, or pizza box carton. About a teaspoon of tomato mark mashed into it. Never again. Deserves 0 stars.

Last night i ordered some pizzas from Crust Beldon. The pizzas were decent, some toppings were limp but overall good. However the customer service was unpleasant and the staff working looked disinterested.

Ordered pick-up last night. It was busy when i went to pick-up, but i am happy with the result of my order.

Will be coming back.

Ordered a pizza some time last week, I ordered a peri-peri pizza which was all round pretty good. The ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly which is hard to find these days, the only downside to my pizza was the topping sauce being more than i'm used too. But overall i am satisfied and will be coming back again in the future.

Highly recommended beldon crust pizza bar very polite stafff absolutely delicious pizza and top quality ingredients looking forward to ordering more

Peri Peri Chicken was really tasty. I can always rely on crust for a good meal, it will never dissapoint.

Got a 10 dollar credit for 40 minute late delivery and owner lied to me that he was new staff and didn't know how to apply it but he could do 5 dollars.

Got our pizzas delivered less than 30min. Impressed with service and pizzas tasted delicious! You guys have won me over:) Thanks guys

Went in store. Ordered a cheese and tomatoes pizza.
Got home. It tasted verry salty.
Good enough for the bin.
Rang store to advise them to check their daugh for too much salt and was told the cheese and tomatoe pizza comes with salt on it.

Didnt order cheese tomatoes and salt did I son.

Pot noodle it is then.

This would have to be the worst food i have wasted my money on in years. Beyond disappointed is an understatement. This was the first time I have ordered from Crust in Beldon and will be the last. The pizza was not only flavourless with minimal topping, the dough was not even cooked. The pasta was ridiculously bland, needless to say we couldn't even finish our meal it was that dreadful. In hindsight, I should have read your reviews before wasting my time as clearly no lessons have been learnt by this business that proclaims 100% quality customer service. I have paid for a service that has utterly failed on its delivery. Appalling.
