Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

My vegan pizza had crunchy bits all through like sand. Couldn't eat it, was terrible. Normally the vego pizzas from crust are lovely but sadly not this one

First I ordered meat deluxed pizza and it was horrific. I can't even finish one slice. It tasted like frozen pizza from the supermarket.
Secondly the cabonara have no taste and not creamy at all.
Third oven baked chip is even worst. No taste even seasoned. Not worth at all

Crust is always yummy and hot. Fresh ingredients and quality authentic pizzas. Just a little expensive for what they are

I have spoken to about 30 people about my disappointing experiene at Crust Canning Vale, happlily none of them will make the same mistake. And having studied the pamphlet, at no point does it say online only. Doesn't even imply it. Educate your staff.

I ordered two pizzas tonight and was served by and let me tell you the service was amazing the amount of effort put into the pizza is incredible and is done in such fast time was also very nice and was great to have a conversation too will be back very soon thank you for amazing service!

Tried to order off the letter drop special. Went in store to order and was told that the special is online only. Nothing on the pamphlet stipulates online only, was told that they have always done this and that I can only get this online, disappointing. Thats another customer lost the opposition.

Not worth the price. Ordered signature pizza's which had minimum topping and sauce. Staff were not in unforms with dirty casual wear. Much better pizza's at other places for half the price.

Under cooked base, ham and pineapple topping was less than a supermarket bought pizza but the garlic bread was good at least. Overpriced for what is was. Disappointing

Do not go there! The manager told me my pizza was "in the oven" when I first got there only to see him make it 10 minutes later! I ended up waiting 20 minutes after my estimated pickup time. Not impressed

Ordered $130 worth of pizza
All were over cooked dry and hard
Couldnt see alot of cheese on any pizza
Wife called manager with complaint within 5 mins of delivery
He wouldn't refund or a offer voucher
Actually justified the quality and stated they hadn't had a complaint in a week!
Dont order crust "premium" pizza thru this branch its sub par and they dont take pride in their work

Experience from last night at Crust pizza Southern River. Pulled pork was amazing and lots of Vegan options available. Definitely recommending to all local pizza lovers.

Previously we ordered three to four pizzas weekly, with no issues from Crust. However about a month ago we ordered like normal at 6pm, however this time it gets to 7.45pm - no pizza. We eventually receive a call from Crust - there is something wrong with the Ham (really?). "We haven't made your pizzas yet and they are not on their way". Family is really hungry now and to make it worse it is my Daughters birthday and she wanted her favourite pizza. My wife rings and finds this out & cancels the order with no offer to assist or make things right. I do understand that running a small business is not easy at the best of times and things don't always go right, but sadly this event ended our relationship with what was our favourite pizza establishment. Just really disappointed.

Honestly when I spend $103 on 5 pizzas and get what we did from you guys I can honestly say I will never buy from you again. Cant imagine how you have repeat customers. Tasteless, was barely any topping and couldn't even cut the pizza properly and it tore on every piece. Sorry but that's the truth. Feel ripped off

Last time I ordered from this store it took nearly one and half hrs to receive the order.
Today I made an online order and I received it with in 40mnts and then I made another order straightaway coz I had some friends came over to my place. This time I made a phone order and when I spoke to the lady over the phone I asked her about the complimentary small herb and garlic square and she confirmed that I will receive it with my order.
When I receive the order complimentary herb and garlic square was missing and I asked the delivery driver and he said it was not in the order. He however rang the store and I was told I will get it next time when I order. I said no coz I specifically asked about it and I got the confirmation. Then I received a phone cal from the store and I was told you will get one complimentary herb and garlic square per day and that’s why it’s not included in the second order. I told him that I have made two orders with in one day (previously) and i received complimentary herb and garlic square with every order. Then he changed the story and told me they don’t have ingredients to make it and unable to complete the request. I told him that I want to make a formal complaint to the manager and he said he him self is the manager. After a lengthy phone call he finally agreed to make something else for me.

Great pizzas, as well as friendly staff. A wide range of options including a lot of vegan pizzas.

Well I would say decent pizza experience. My Peri-Peri chicken and pulled pork pizza were well made and garnished. On-time delivery and pizza were steaming when its came out of the delivery bag.

Crust pizza is one of my favorite pizza, but the Thandori pizza which they give me from Souther river store wasn’ t edible at all. The pizza was completely covered in sauce. It looks terrible. I still have picture with me how it looks when they delivered it to me.

Cuatomer service is the best specially Shannon, always smilling and humble. M a regular customer, their pizzas are delightful and I would highly recommend to try their Tandoori mushroom and vietnamese chilli chicken for those who loves spicy food.

Meant to be gourmet.rather eat the cardboard box it came in.this particular store is absolutely useless. Cold, dry, overcooked and certainly not gourmet.

Our last 2 delivery orders had us waiting over an hour. No call from the store, I rang them when it was past the estimated delivery time. Was given the excuse that they had alot of orders and no drivers to keep up with it. No refund offered, only a free drink. Shame we wont be ordering from them anymore.
