Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

Used to love this place but it has gone downhill. Pizzas are dry and flavourless. I would even rather Domino's over what I just ate. I won't bother going back after this.

Consistently good pizzas with quality ingredients. The service here is great too. Order every Sat night. As soon as I walk in they remember me and grab my pizza without me having to say my name! Happy to support them.

Ordered here for the first time got pasta & 3 pizzas paid $100. There was no flavour in the pasta at all the base of one of them was horrible I wish I could get my money back to be honest. I will say they looked amazing though just gotta work on flavours, unfortunately we won't be back.

Just received my order the pizza and the garlic bread was good. Just wanted to tray the vegan balls and man its was not cooked. It way soya but not cooked at all. Had to junk it in the bin straight away

Ordered a 1.25L coke for $5 with my order.

When the driver arrived he said they didn’t have any coke so here is a $2 coin. Since I paid $5 though, I called to complain, and they sent a coke back out to me just fine. So obviously they did have coke.

When the driver arrived again with the coke, he demanded his $2 coin back. Weird. I suspect the driver stole the original coke for himself. Regardless, something shady going on.

Most bland pizza with minimal toppings. Worst caesar salad I have ever seen. Never again. Go elsewhere people.

Used to be decent, but these days their pizza arrives lukewarm, poorly cut (trying to take a slice completely pulls off toppings) and with soft, dougy crusts (used to be crisp). I've noticed a few Crust's closing down elsewhere. This used to be the only good one, but I guess the chain just isn't long for this world.

Bacon looked like it hadn't even seen the oven. Pizza dough hardly cooked through.

Sundried tomatoes felt like chewing on the soles of my thongs.

Pretty trash for an overpriced pizza.

I ordered 2XL pizzas. Vegan Jackfruit and Peri peri chicken from you guys last night and never gonna order again.

Thanks for letting me know that crust canningvale is not good at all with taste and stuff.

Presentation of the pizza was good and fillings were adequate. However, arrived cold on delivery (same suburb). Garlic breads were a bit too salty (and cold as well).

Never again.

I’m done with this company. The decline in quality of the ingredients, pizza build and options is notable, the franchisees are rude and abusive and my last issue I ended up being so fed up I took it to the head office, but they make it difficult to resolve issues. Despite an admission of error, it took over a month to receive a refund.
Luckily there are some great, family owned pizza establishments available and I couldn’t recommend heartily enough that people vote with their feet.

Had ordered some pizza from here on Friday was very nice and the staff were friendly the only think I have to say is that crust itself has to work on there website as I ordered the pizzas online and went to pay for it the money went through but on the website said my CVV was incorrect but i got it or sorted out but I would highly recommend the guys in canning vale

Ordered 3 vegan pizzas. Gave us both raging indigestion. Could be a little more fresh (not as in stale, as in some fresh veg with the meat n bread) and juicy.

Sadly price did not equate to quality.

I paid extra $3 for 3 each pizza and they not put chicken pieces on all pizza you can just count the pieces of chicken inside pizza. No avocado in pesto chicken club pizza they just put 2 pieces of avocado not like the pitcher in the website they provide. This is dodgy I paid $56.95

Ordered from the Canningvale store well before closing time but nothing got delivered to us (we waited until closing time) and there is no way to contact the store as their Canningvale store number doesn’t work. Worst customer service ever! Never buying from them again!

Waited an hour for pizzas, sent our delivery to another house? How hard is it to deliver a pizza to the right address? Pathetic customer service!

BUGS IN MY MEAL! Quite Disgusting.
I ordered a large pizza, garlic bread and Chicken Caeser Salad on Saturday night (Jan 15th 2022). When the order arrived, I noticed the salad had bugs crawling around inside the container. I immediately called the delivery driver who was still at the end of the street. He returned and I gave him the salad back, and asked him to return it to his boss as it had something crawling around inside the container (I have a video of this, am forwarding to the Health Department).
After the driver returned to the store, I received a phone call and the lady expressed she was sorry, and offered a refund for the salad or they could bring me another one.
I declined the offer for another Bug infested salad, and explained to the lady on the phone I thought that, under the circumstances, perhaps they would like to refund the cost of the whole meal. She said she would get back to me, but never did. Very disappointed with the attitude of Crust especially as I am a regular customer. The pizza is still in my fridge, as I could only manage to eat 1 slice, after carefully inspecting it for bugs also.the ordeal has not only put me off eating dinner that night, but has put me off ordering pizza (especially from Crust in Canning Vale) ever again (probably a good thing anyway). I guess I should thank Crust in this case, as Im sure my eating habits and health will likely improve due to this horrible experience.
If they wish to serve up live Bugs in their meals, they should at least list them on the menu.

Amazing service. A staff member named Campbell was very nice to talk to and worked very professionally. I personally think that he made me an amazing pizza with edits and I am very happy with my experience. He definitely deserves a raise and bonuses. Best employee there in my opinion:)

I have been a loyal customer to Crust Pizza for many years as the pizzas were of a great standard with a great pizza dough and plenty of toppings that was until tonight ordered a Meat deluxe and Garlic prawn - Firstly wheres the meat? For the meat deluxe it must of been playing hide and seek as I couldn't find it, very bland very boring - not much better for the Garlic Prawn as well - very little toppings couldn't even taste the base sauce or see it. My money will be going to Domino's now - one disappointed customer!
