Crown Hotel Collie

The main meals was nice. The fried ice cream was not. The coating was different with very little ice cream. Commented to the young man and he didn't seem to care. Believe this young man who served us all night needs to learn the skill of serving people.people skill.
Appreciate the restaurant was busy but a smile and warmth goes a long way.

Very nice garlic prawn entree, there was a lot of prawns and the sause was delicious.
The reef and beef was huge and and cooked to perfection, will definitely be back

Poor service. Have been waiting over 2 hours food hasn't even reached table. People that ordered 30 mins after us were getting the same meals brought out. No refund, compensation or apology offered for inconvenience.
Would not recommend.

A great feed and a fantastic view into more rural dining. Portion sizes were epic, meal prices great and service was prompt and friendly. Next time we are passing through Collie I believe I would happily visit again. Highly recommended.

Arrived with a group and there was a scramble to set up tables because booking hadn't been written down. We were in an area that was so dimly lit that I had to use the torch on my phone to read the menu. Ordered jacket potatoes and they came out cold and undercooked. On top of that I found a piece of plastic in my food. At least I wasn't charged for the meal.

Our meals were outstanding and the chef made me the most delicious vegan mushroom risotto at short notice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great food under new management who are really trying to make customers enjoy the experience of new foods on menu not just ordinary pub foods.

Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Crown hotel collie Highly recommend!

Quiet for a pub but staff are outstanding with service, chat and friendliness. Drinks are as you’d want them from a pub *nice and cold*. Food comes in good filling portions and tastes great! Easily beats getting fast food from down the road.

We had a big group so orders were a bit sparodic but not too bad. All orders were correct and steak was cooked to order.
We'll be back.

Prawn pasta and surf&turf were great value and generous serving sidings. Perfect dinner stop after track day.

Me, my kids and my parents drove down to Collie to see where they grew up. Had lunch here. It's a really nice pub and we all made a big deal about how awesome the food was. Big servings and really really nice food.

Our club used to come here when it was owned by the previous owners and they would always take our group no worries. Since the new owners have taken over they can’t seem to cope with any large bookings or a full house.

This weekend we were turned away (10 people) because they had a booking of 26 people and were even turning away locals.

So we went the the Federal. We won’t be back to the Crown, they have lost our club’s business.

Haven't partaken of the rooms, but the food is great and the bar is good, too. They could, however, try and cater a bit more for vegetarians and vegans. Only one meal from which to choose. But.they do modify to help.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Modernised funky bar and restaurant took us by surprise. Fast, efficient lunch service with friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised.

On Saturday a group of us went to the Crown on recommendation of the food service and was pleasently surprised with the quantity and quality of what we recieved. I'll definitely will be recommending people here in the future

Nice country style pub with great food and icy cold beer. Enjoyed Cola BBQ beef ribs, Beef and Guinness Pie and a cheesy garlic bread. Be back again.
