Crown Hotel Collie reviews
44Amazing friendly service. Great great food, staff so welcoming and helpful and beer is ice cold! Dog friendly great beer garden! Favourite place to eat in collie!
Had a late lunch here with my boyfriend and the staff were so welcoming, friendly, the food was delicious and the aircon was perfect on a hot day and would highly recommend to anyone coming through.
We had lunch which was nice, but there was many restrictions on choice due to not enough stock. Many beer taps were not available and the other drink choices were also very limited. Overall the experience was ok, just very limited choices of drinks and food. The service was very friendly too.
I did not see any rooms for rent
Visited and no tap swan. Had to go through a whole process about how only 2 beers were on tap. Beer we eventually got was flat.
Love a country pub feed, but I would go to another local before I returned here. Food was ok but overpriced.
$30 for a chicken parmi lettuce as a salad and uncooked chips runny bolognaise sauce out of a jar! I won’t be going back how hard is it to cook a parmi and chips? ! Very disappointing!
Food was terrible would not recommend to anyone, chicken wasnt even cooked and drinks are over priced
The food was amazing, rooms were very clean… friendly staff and atmosphere… they were well prepared to accommodate me and my 11 friends … we will be back for sure
Food was very average. Last main meal came out long after the other 5 had finished eating. Restaurant bathrooms were truly disgusting. Completely unmaintained, both seats broken, floor clearly hadn't been cleaned in months.
Will never return.
5 0 people on a bus trip had from Mandurah stopped for a beautiful lunch, very friendly staff great atmosphere.
Very poor opening times always calling in but doors are shut unfortunately letting down the community they clearly make enough money on a Friday or Saturday night but beware the riff Raff staff are friendly but meals are sub par
Nothing to enjoy here, service to cry for, unable to make a coffee or tea for us, place was freezing, meals were slow, served 15 minutes apart one at a time, far expensive for what was on offer, one piece of broccolini one baby carrot both raw, with a plate full of mashed spud & an overly fatty piece of port belly, spaghetti noodles not cooked in carbonara, we knew we'd made a mistake upon entry to this place & this all confirmed it for us.
Was in town for the Collie River MTB marathon and enjoyed the Mexican parmy & seafood medley. The staff were very friendly and hard working, would definitely recommend the Crown.
Fantastic food. We had the Mexican Parmy, Chicken and Chorizo Pasta, Pork Bites and Garlic Bread and it was all delicious. The Steak and Scallopini that our friends had was apparently too nice for them to even share a taste with me so it must have been good too.
Lovely friendly staff and a pleasant environment. I highly recommend it for a night out.
In town for business got the kids with me dropped into the hotel for a meal absolutely ecstatic great food great vibe great service
Great service, yummy food. The young man bringing out the food to the tables was excellent! Very professional and friendly.
Really friendly staff, tasty good value food and great country pub atmosphere with nice pool tables. $8 a pint for IPA 6% beer, which is the cheapest pint in Collie. $2 for a game of pool and this delicious chicken parmi was on special for $20. Very tasty and great value. Really nice beer garden out the back with a pool table. Really nice and relaxing out there and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great Saturday night.
Fantastic quality and large portions. Staff were friendly. Meals took a while to come out (3 large tables ordered before us) but even under the pump the chef didn’t compromise on quality of the meal
Had the best curry plate two curries, rice and accompments was so spoke to owner who us the chef. Her and husband came from Mauritius lovely people
Entire table waited 2 hours for a meal that never came out. Guy at the bar was so rude when we asked for refunds, would purposely dissappear for 10 minutes mid conversation hoping we would give up? Then say we lied about what we'd ordered. Appreciate that it was busy but to see people come in after you, order, eat and leave to find out yours hasn't even started cooking yet is just bad service. No apologies given
