CROOKED SPIRE COFFEE & ART HOUSE reviews
71The new açai cup this morning, delicious! Service is always great. Friendly team and they know my name which makes me feel special. Thanks
Get the best service, great venue, food and coffee right here in Midland. Stack, Mike and the team will make you feel so welcome. Thanks guys!
Cant thank Mike and the team here enough for helping me host my 40th Birthday here! So glad I found this place, such a unique event space. Nothing was to difficult for the team and I did not have to worry about anything on the night! Very experienced and friendly staff and great venue and the event planner was amazing helping me organise everything leading up to the event! Thanks again!
The coffee is delicious, the staff pleasant, but the breaky wrap was over-microwaved and over-toasted.
Walked in for the first time today went up to your counter to look at your sandwiches and cake and saw blowflies flying around in there so walked out, my answer to your reply, there was no staff at counter to tell, there was more then one blow fly in counter display cabinet, the only staff I saw was saying sorry to a customer about her food being wrong,
Omd the BEST ICE CHOCOLATE EVER perfect milk to choc ratio amazing definitely becoming a regular spot
Thought I'd update this review after a couple of not great meals. Maybe new staff, but It's just not been great lately. Coffee is always good - just the staff not very friendly, and the food not prepped to it's usual standard.
Ordered items at 1 pm place was not busy. Finally served my simple ham and cheese bagel at 1: 30. Staff member who prepared bagel with no gloves and playing with hair (young male). Very poor service with no actual care taken
Nice place to meet up, but can be a bit loud and even staff have trouble hearing when ordering
Service was great. Definitely need a better aircon system for days that get to more than 30 degrees, and the pancakes were quite dry. Great space and vibe.
Was told was going to be 30 min wait because a table of 15 had put an order before us. Waited 1hr 10 mins with still no food no apology just, we told you it was going to be an hour. Well no wasn't the case and if a cafe can't cater for 15 people without waiting over an hour there is a serious problem.
Henley brook location, owner/manager opens up for himself and mates, locks themselves in making coffees and what not. Closed or not closed, one standard for all, just outright rude. What a piece of work…
A very cool vibe at this cafe. Staff are great, coffee is great, and the place was pumping for a Monday morning. I'll definitely be back for some food next time I'm in the area!
What an amazing place
Divine coffee
Tasty food
Wonderful friendly staff.
Love it! Love the couches very relaxed and welcoming
Thank you Crooked Spire ️
Nice coffee, reasonably prompt service but they have dropped the ball on their food, either under cooked or over cooked. Had this happen my last 2 visits. Not just me, people on the table next to me also returned cold food.
Had the eggs Benny and a few coffees. The eggs Benny was tasty but probably the smallest serving size I've had, for $18 or so. Thin bread, hard eggs.
Meh.
They do not have enough meals that are gluten free. They used to have hash browns as a side I don’t see that anymore. Please have a veggie burger gluten free bun option! Please sell hot chips or something.
Their menu is not on their website, which is hard to find-especially for people with allergies.
Just moved back to Perth and discovered this little local. Food is tasty and nice variety of salads available to go with a variety of pastry free quiches. Unfortunately I had a slight inconvenience on my last visit where I ordered a juice named the Hulk. On arrival I took my first sip and noticed a hint of mint which I'm allergic too. Asked the wait staff if this drink contains mint as I don't remember seeing it on the ingredients board but I could be wrong I may have missed it. She said it did in fact contain mint and was happy to make me a different juice. She came back with a new mintless juice and stated that the ingredient wasn't stated on the board and she has now rectified it and that was it, asked if I was waiting on anything else and went about her day.
Fair enough but seriously, things like this need more attention and care. I'm lucky I only took a small sip or I would've spent the rest of the day in hospital
Food was good. But got our coffee order wrong and didn't seem very interested in fixing it. This was important health wise as I can't have caffeine. Male staff member in kitchen and serving did not wear a mask for the first 20 mins we were there and was handling crockery etc. And waiting on tables. Also our table had not be cleaned or wiped down, was covered in dried food. Found it very noisy with kitchen noise, music and screaming child.
