We have been patients of Dr. Deb Cohen-Jones for several years and cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional care and expertise. Dr. Cohen-Jones has treated our entire family, addressing a wide range of medical concerns with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Her ability to listen, understand, and effectively treat various health issues has been a tremendous comfort to us. Her knowledge and dedication are evident in every interaction, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients. We highly recommend Dr. Cohen-Jones to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated physician. Her commitment to patient care is truly outstanding.

I can't sing Deb Cohen-Jones' praises enough – she's been an absolute game-changer for my health and well-being through her caring approach and a level of commitment that goes beyond just being a doctor. Dr Debs genuine concern for me considers the whole picture – not just the medical side of things, but also how the daily stresses of being a wife, a parent, and a business owner impact my physical health. In addition, it is not only her expertise in a clinical setting that impresses me; it's also the fact that she's created something remarkable in the commercial world. I consider Deb an intelligent and inspiring business leader who has become a trusted person in my journey toward better physical and mental health, which, in turn, positively impacts those around me.

The two female GPs I see are extremely thorough & caring. I've found the reception staff to be polite - they are dealing with very rude western suburb patients with ridiculous demands.

I cannot say enough good things about Cottesloe medical centre as a whole as a long standing patient of this practise. The ladies at reception cannot help enough and my personal doctor Ben Jarvis is very empathetic and switched on. But I wanted to say being overseas currently and experiencing some sim issues, Libby at front reception was so helpful, patient and understanding. This has been my experience with Libby consistently when I was residing in Perth too. Thank you Libby for your patience and perseverance in getting me through to my appointment with Ben. Amazing and I feel reassured now. Regards Catherine gray

Dr Ernest Rozsa was a gem and so was his covid vaccine nurse! Nothing but good things to say about both staff.

Between Dr Ng, Dr Jarvis and nurses Bobbie and Imogen, the care and attention this team have provided to my wife, young baby and 3 year old daughter has been exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to provide a first class service. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for a female GP for a little while since moving to Perth and I have finally found one - Dr Deb Cohen-Jones! She is incredible.

I left my appointment feeling heard, satisfied and taken care of. I feel she not only connected to me as a Doctor but as a friend. I felt comfortable enough to speak with her and left the appointment with a health plan moving forward.

I would 100/10 recommend Dr Deb!

Dr Cathy Barber was fantastic, helping with both a professional and personal approach. Willing to take that little extra time if needed.

How can a practice be consistently running 45 - 60 mins late! Send your comments people - this is rorting the public health system.stop backing up patients and provide an efficient service!
never again.

Been going here for years with mixed results. Sometimes fantastic, sometimes rubbish. Medical professionals are good, service staff less so. Often rude and dismissive. Also hard to get an appointment.
I'd say give it a go if you live nearby but be ready for varying levels of satisfaction

The only reason I go there is Dr Deb Cohen Jones. She is amazing, so knowledgeable and kind. Really really recommend her.
Unfortunately the front desk staff is often rude and dismissive.

Be very carefully with Dr Michael Armstrong, he misdiagnosis a broken collar bone and said it was fine and healing for 10 months and when results came in saying it was completely broken in two pieces he responded by putting his arms above his head and saying "you know what, I'm not going to say anything".

This caused mass financial loss as well as making the injury alot worse requiring a plate and 8 pins attached to my collar bone instead of nothing at all.not mentioning the extreme level of phycological damage caused as a direct result of inaction and mis diagnosis/negligence.

I took this matter to ahpra to b informed he had successfully policed himself in the investigation by writing the report that exonerated him on any wrong doing and when I tried to get the report he created it was up to him if I was allowed to receive it even though it was a freedom of information request and surprise surprise he denied it to be released.

Legit never had worse service at a medical professional, you'll wait at least an hour for a ten minute check up

The reception staff have to be the most rudest ever! They don’t have any phone manners at all, we get asked to be courteous but it shouldn’t also be given to every client
