Be very carefully with Dr Michael Armstrong, he misdiagnosis a broken collar bone and said it was fine and healing for 10 months and when results came in saying it was completely broken in two pieces he responded by putting his arms above his head and saying "you know what, I'm not going to say anything".

This caused mass financial loss as well as making the injury alot worse requiring a plate and 8 pins attached to my collar bone instead of nothing at all.not mentioning the extreme level of phycological damage caused as a direct result of inaction and mis diagnosis/negligence.

I took this matter to ahpra to b informed he had successfully policed himself in the investigation by writing the report that exonerated him on any wrong doing and when I tried to get the report he created it was up to him if I was allowed to receive it even though it was a freedom of information request and surprise surprise he denied it to be released.

Legit never had worse service at a medical professional, you'll wait at least an hour for a ten minute check up

The reception staff have to be the most rudest ever! They don’t have any phone manners at all, we get asked to be courteous but it shouldn’t also be given to every client

Impossible to get through via phone and expect at least a 10min wait. Tried to move appointment and received a $50 cancellation fee. Will not be returning. Maybe I should charge a fee every time the doctor is late!

Love Dr Ponhos and Dr Cohen-Jones, but the front desk staff are often quite rude and blunt when it is totally unnecessary. Some kindness and empathy is greatly needed; I would hate to be someone in desperate need of help as they seem completely unable to do so.

Trigger warning: miscarriage. I don’t recommend coming here at all. I met with Dr Cohen-Jones in August 2020 after finding out I was pregnant. She misdiagnosed me with a miscarriage. Luckily, she was wrong. After sending feedback to the medical practice about my experience, I was never contacted to follow-up regarding my terrible experience which is why I decided to write a public review. Beware of this doctor and clinic. Very unprofessional!

We were told our doctor would bulk bill us as we have a new baby and cannot afford the astronomical rates here, but the doctor decided to only bulk bill our first session. I am now sitting in a radiological clinic after paying 200 dollars for an ultrasound because we were not bulk billed, again. We now do not have enough money to afford the nappies we need for our daughter as she has grown into the next size up. She will just have to be uncomfortable for the next two weeks because of this doctor's callousness and greed. Disgusting elitism and snobbery on display at this "health" centre.

I emailed the practice asking for the date of something and received an email from the practice manager advising me to call reception to find out the information. I have worked in medical centres - the practice manager, Thelma Friday, could have easily found the information I had requested. I emailed because I could not call. I found her reply telling me to contact reception as very poor client communication and just plain lazy. Generally the service from the reception staff I have contact with is lack lustre and lacking good customer service skills and professionalism. The only reason I attend this practice was because my long term GP moved there from her last practice. I have no complaints about my doctor she is always excellent and friendly!

Wonderful doctors and nursing staff but appalling on line booking system that does not work. Patients are blamed for not being able to use it not the poorly designed system. As a result you cannot book an appointment on line.
Corporate health care at its worst!

Expect a long wait, at least an hour, although I have sat there for 2 before. Also expect to be charged if your appointment goes over time, (even if you've waited) and to be charged a no show fee if you are too sick to attend.
Some of the doctors are definitely worth the wait, such as Dr Mei June Lim (she is phenomenal and informative and the only one worth the wait), others are absolutely abysmal, with no empathy and treat you as if your problems are trivial; you are just cash in a flesh bag to them.

I went there for very first time today and they gave me an appointment with Laura Dotto. They said the consultation fee is $85 but the doctor ended up charging me $120, because we exceeded the limit time (20min) apparently I had extra 10mins. I honestly didn't count it. I know I was in the waiting room for a while, tho. I found it unfair. As J didn't meant to be there for long time. I only wanted a referral done to see specialist, dermatologist and nutritionist. But she never made the referral at all. And the worst she charged me the extra money apparently for the 'long chat' she was explaining the reasons why she won't give the referrals. I am very disappointed. I don't recommend this clinic to people from overseas like me, specially if you are under a student visa like us. Its very expensive for us and a totally waste of our money and time.

I'm a little concerned about the service I received recently from a young male doctor. No real understanding of my situation. I explained I had received physio for a year on an issue but insisted on sending me to an OT but not informing me it was an OT. Kept calling them doctors which they are not. Seemed more intent on referral there because a family member worked there rather than understanding I had travelled two days to get to the city and was seeking a specialist referral. My time in the city is limited but this visit wasted my time. 15min appointment $140. I don't mind paying if the service is there, but this fellow seems hell bent on his agenda rather than understanding his client/patient. Referral notes to OT incorrect. I've been a client of one doctor there for over 30 yrs but he wasn't available. I'd recommend seeing a more experienced doctor.

The only reason I go there is Dr Deb Cohen Jones. She is amazing, so knowledgeable and kind. Really really recommend her.
Unfortunately the front desk staff is often rude and dismissive.

Had a poor experience with Deb Cowen-Jones but Ben is great and professional, if you come here I do recommend him.

How can a practice be consistently running 45 - 60 mins late! Send your comments people - this is rorting the public health system.stop backing up patients and provide an efficient service!

Been going here for years with mixed results. Sometimes fantastic, sometimes rubbish. Medical professionals are good, service staff less so. Often rude and dismissive. Also hard to get an appointment.
I'd say give it a go if you live nearby but be ready for varying levels of satisfaction

My doctor just transferred to here and I am happy with Dr C-J thorough medical knowledge and down-to-earth approach. If my regular doctor is not available I reschedule and tough out wait.
