Went to Cosmetique Cockburn to have lip filler. I'm very disappointed. Firstly because my lips are much fuller on the right upper side than the left.
Secondly I specified that I wanted to have the corners of my lips lifted and not too much in the upper bow of my lips. Most of the filler has been put in the bow. When I said I was disappointed with the result on the corners I was told that I need Dermal Fillers to do that. Upon researching I found this is true. But WHY wasn't I told that before I spent $199 on lip fillers and not got the number one goal I wanted. I would have rather spent more on dermal fillers to get the best result. But I wasn't offered that.
The worst part was when I went back a week later to say I was unhappy with the right side being fuller first Hannah denied there was any difference. You can see clearly from the photo there is. When I followed up with 2 more phone calls the Manager said I would have to pay to have it fixed as there is nothing wrong with them as lips are meant to be asymmetrical. So now they are admitting the lips are uneven. And isn't one of the reasons to get lip fillers to even out your lips?
Mistakes happen but I think the measure of a company is how they deal with them. This company denied the problem and then admitted it but said we are not fixing this at our cost. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
My first experience in this clinic. They did everything that was required of them, there is nothing to complain about.
