I have been to both the Midland and Cockburn clinics for Botox and the ladies are amazing thoroughly explain everything to you. They are amazing I won’t go anywhere else to get my work done

Finally my Botox has worked! Used to come here but I stopped because quite a few times I had someone call me right before my appointment to say they had run out of Botox
I started going somewhere else but they could not get it right. Botox didn’t work in some areas & wore off very quickly so I came back to Cosmetique & within a day my forehead is flawless!
Very happy & won’t be going elsewhere again!

Save your money or go elsewhere. Wrinkle relaxers - product never worked from the start and didn’t kick in after a couple of weeks like it usually does from other providers.
Paid for the premium product so was very disappointed when it didn’t work.

Felt comfortable from the moment I got there. Was a friendly kind atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff.

I had booked in last minute for lip filler and the lady who had injected me was so lovely and took care of me once I got into their clinic. I got lip injections and the numbing process was so easy and had a less painful experience at Cosmétique compared to my first time getting my lips done. I would 100% go in again ️ the people there were wonderful and it was a nice and simple process. Would 100% recommend for anyone who is looking at getting anything done xx

After several years of using Cosmetique, I was really disappointed during my last visit at being charged $50 extra for using AfterPay and then being told top-ups are only available between 1-3 pm, certainly not convenient times for anyone who works!

Appointment: easy to book online via the Cosmetique website. Follow the prompts, and select what treatment & time that suits you. It's super easy!

Location: enter at the Roar fitness entrance then it's the first room on the right.

Parking: loads of parking available in large car park.

Treatment: muscle relaxers - each time it was super quick & I've always felt comfortable. Just straight in and out.
Lip filler 1ml - get the dental block if sensitive to pain.
2-week top-ups if you needed more or weren't fully satisfied which was also great.

Payment: After Pay is available. I always pay before treatment.

The girls at cosmetique Cockburn are great, they are knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my consultation. The information given to be before proceeding was in-depth and I felt comfortable to continue with the service. I will be back for sure.

Booked in to get lip filler treatment. Was beyond thrilled with my experience, first time getting this treatment done. The injection nurse was very well educated, thorough, and explained everything in detail to me. Was happy to answer any questions I had. The results were beautiful and I can’t wait to rebook! Highly recommend.

Have been in a few times, always had great service and love my lip filler every time I get them done!

Booked in for fat dissolver injections and confirmed the appointment that morning. Went in early and sat waiting until my appointment time, only to be told that the vials had expired and they would not be able to do the procedure. Unprofessional that no one checked this, even the morning of. Management offered a measly $30 credit on a $500 treatment for the trouble of driving all the way there. Nurse also had poor customer service skills and said a $50 credit would be offered which management denies. Would not go back

Nurses unprofessional, dont listen to your concerns and doesn’t wait for dental blockers to start working. I felt the whole procedure and when i left, i had blood all over my cheeks, lips, chin and even my neck. I told her i could still feel everything and she did not care one bit. I reported this to the social team, they couldn’t care less. Asked them to send it to the complaints team, I’ve since had to follow up my complaint twice in the last 2 days for a response. No apology either, simply “thank you for your feedback”. I have made a formal complaint with the Department of Commerce since reading other reviews, and will NEVER be going back to this clinic. Shame. Nurse had zero effort put into her presentation, hair all over her face barely tied up, didn’t change gloves between the client before and me, the floor had a layer of filth and 4-5 needle caps just laying on the floor. My friend had to get up and tell the nurse that blood was dropping down my neck because she was “fiddling” on her iPad.
