I can’t tell you how highly I view this community driven business that has an affordable option for your dinner table. It’s also cheaper to buy fresh produce then frozen or the more fast food options as they have market veggies available for cheaper then I have seen any where bar your own garden!
Then what drove me today to put my words to paper was to say thankyou to one of their team members who was so kind to me today and meant more in that moment then she likely knew.

I was a few cents short on my shop for dinner and felt pretty mortified, when she just reached into her top pocket and said your no your good. I said no I will put something back she said no don’t even and then as I left she followed me to my car with one product I had originally put back and gave it to me.
It was not even a dollar but her kindness and non judgement was a little light in a particularly challenging and dark time for myself and my family. So thankyou to her and to this local independent business for not being another place that takes just because you can and gives back into community by not only as mentioned above but it also hires out local community youth like the lovely lass that helped me today.
Five stars isn’t enough

Quite good prices, friendly staff, store clean all good. And don't forget to check out the meat area, awesome selection of snags, just as you go around the first isle as you enter, and major meats at rear of store, at really great prices and quality.

Love the staff always well stocked, BUT Looks unclean and the floor is Grose, and the shop lighting is dull, please make the shop look pretty and bright

Their deals, particularly on meat, are really good. While the majority of the staff are very young they are also polite, helpful, and really know their stuff. There is a lot more produce in this place than you would imagine. Definitely a store appreciated by the locals.

Conveniently place to shop but always leave disappointed by rude service and bad atmosphere. I avoid going here and kick myself after I do shop at this IGA, when I leave the shop after poor experience.

Often find great managers specials at this IGA. Great prices on meat too. Watch the short code specials as they can already be off.

I visited the store on 21 December 2021. The strawberries were slushy and covered in mould. The yoghurt I purchased was 4 days past the use by date. On a previous visits ham was past the use by date and the worst was when the hummus on the shelf was an entire month past the use by date. I'm glad the new Southern River Square Coles is opening soon as it's hard to support a local business when the products are expired, mouldy and more expensive: (

Many times dairy items on their shelves have been past the use by date. You’d think this would be a health and safety issue.

Visited the store today and slipped over a grape that was left on the floor. A customer was nice enough to grab someone for me and the staff member didn’t even apologize!

Friendly staff who were happy to direct me to the isle I needed, didn't have what I needed but that wasn't their fault. They were low on paracetamol because of people panic buying but overall a good shopping experience

Iced coffee due date was reduced but was charged full price at checkout.

Fantastic little local shop with prices comparable to the big guns. Great for popping in after work to get fixings for any meal.

Love the shop and prices, generally the staff are helpful and friendly but has one problem for me. A female staff member, a cashier really needs a hygiene check. Several times now I have been unfortunate to be served by her and have to hold my breath as the odour is quite offensive. Nice girl thou.
I have complained to another staff member concerning this but the problem still exists this afternoon.

Fresh and affodable fruit and vege. Meat is good price too. Sometimes there is grrat markdown product. A regular there.
