Coles Swanview

Ian getting annoyed with you following n me around. Do you get some satisfaction out of doing that.

It's a smaller store so lacks the range of the bigger main stores but is still a good place to shop with lovely staff and a good selection of general items

If I could give half a star I would went to collect my shopping today to find out another lady stole my shopping after waiting 45+ minutes in 30 degree heat to tell me someone was taking my shopping their needs to be a ID check for click and collect coles only to receive a poxy $50 voucher and only a refund of my goods to then have to either re order my shopping and wait again or shop in store bad service won't be returning! The manager is very rude she cut me off talking to tell me she has another call waiting store needs a better store manager some one with people skills

Does not offer paper recyclable bags for those days when you forget your green bags. Hate only having a plastic option!

4 coles employees smoking right near the entrance im not a smoker and i dont want to have inhale cancer supplied by coles and there employees when go shopping.
Nearly everytime i go to this coles there is an employee smoking there even a pregnant one a couple of months ago, im fine with them smoking just do it out of sight and so we cant smell it. Absolutely no respect for the company they work for and the shoppers who are forced to breathe the cancerous air.

Its an adventure learning new locations of the items you need.the changes are going to e grwat tho.

Fast convenient shopping with a wide variety of goods at decent prices every day of the week including public holidays as well!

Sad to see the customer service has fallen so far at coles checkouts. I can put up with the limits on products, the short expiry dates (suggesting coles is selling their old stock) and even the price gouging, but the refusal to pack your shopping or to provide you with free bags in what are frightening and uneasy times is unconscionable. Many people are now unemployed and this disrespect to loyal customers shows how poorly big corporations view their customers when things go wrong

Very convenient little shopping centre. Coles being only one of the shops represented there.

I was happy to see that after the holiday, Coles was reasonably well stocked and busy. But best of all was to see a few extra people on the till! What an absolute nuisance at times when the shop is crowed and there r 2 people inn the till and there should be at least 5! Self service is ok for a couple of items but not a heap of shopping!

MASSIVELY INCORRECT SCALES. Usually just your run of the mill supermarket- maybe a little quieter and friendlier than the normal suburban Coles. However very disappointed today when we were unpacking our shopping at home and found that 75% of the fruit & veg weighed at the checkout was charged overweight by an average of 66%. Tried ringing the store to advise them their scales are way out, but as usual, no answer and no message service.

Just been here.went in 12 or less queue.when i can I use the check out as it keeps people in a job rather than a machine.
The woman.youngish.was chatting to some customers who she obviously knew but the lady in front of me or myself well we did nt even get a smile despite saying hello.
Bassendean and Midland Coles are usually friendly.won t be returning to Swan View Coles.

Coles Swan View is your standard Coles location, with a toilet and a few other small businesses attached to the shopping centre. There's not much to express here that takes it apart from other Coles besides the sale tickets. Quite often, sales won't be demonstrated anywhere on the floor, but will appear upon checking out, or sale tickets on the floor will be inaccurate. That aside, as long as you remember to read every sale tickets specified item, you'll be fine. Quite often I find they will run sales on smaller versions of items but the tickets also find themselves on larger packages, giving you a bit of a surprise at check out.

Swan View Coles is one of the friendliest store I have shopped in. The staff are amazing & always eager to help their customers.

Coles in Swanview is getting a little run down. Tripped over their floors quite a few times. Does the job but, just need a little update to the building.

Some staff are very helpful but others when asked where an item is they Will tell you look down a particular aisle when my strawberries were packed they were in the bottom of the bag

Could park in the shade very important in summer, found what I was looking for, asked the price of a wooden Christmas tree a bit over priced. And not much bread to choose from, the shop was clean and bright, pleasant shopping experience

Friendly staff, good for the odd few bits I need however stock is lacking, I definitely am not able to do my whole weeks shop here.

Why are your specials & some of the fruit & veggie prices different all the time from other Coles? Isn't that an anti-competiveness law according to accc?

A fair size store with well displayed product from fresh fruit Vegetables fresh fish poultry sliced meats cheese etc.

Staff where friendly, store was clean, shelves where getting filled. Was very quiet instore with Customers though
