Coles Swanview

When you forget to scan your toilet paper and the security ppl treat you like a hardened criminal, take your photo and make you hold up a piece of paper and ban you for life. Also checked receipt to make sure I'd scanned the other 19 items, which i had. After shopping there for 7 years they can go and.themselves. Shame as now Cole's have lost over 10k a year from me. Have noticed last few months new management took over and the staff look miserable now.
After 7 years I thought I would have gotten a warning first and if I had stolen it on purpose do you think I would have stopped to chat with the staff at Smokemart next door! Wouldn't I have run off to my car? Oh well off to Woolworth I go.

Despite its refurbishment this whole complex really needs to be redeveloped. Would be great is the shut it for a year and built a real community hub.

Convenient parking. Efficient staff. Fruit and Vegetables not always fresh. Otherwise a reasonable range of processed foods.

Prices in veg/fruit section very deceptive. Stupid rule. I'm told signs have to be there even if product isn't available but more expensive one is under the sign.

This has to be the worst Coles in Australia never have anything on the shelves staff are very rude it's a waste of space

It’s close and convenient however I have ordered online for click and collect always seems to ran out of items

I shop here regularly, I am sad to have to lower my rating. Most items I enjoyed finding in the Isles no longer are stocked. The salad bar I loved so much is $8.00. That's a $3.00 rise in 1year. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The cost of living and inflation is obvious at this store. Too bad Woolies are costly too. They have double the stock & more items in the newly opened store in Midvale.

Got everything you need not like Midland gate Coles empty waste of time just go to Swan view shopping centre

Dreadful.
Shelves not kept stacked, poor range of products. There have been times when I have had to finish my shopping at IGA because I have been unable to purchase up to 4 items on my list and difficult to open plastic bags in the fruit and vegetable section.

Love shopping here especially with a young family. Tucked away and less busy than midland gate coles. Always clean and well stocked

Due to unfortunate seen circumstances stock in most supermarkets are still low. However it's much better then last time. I actually had to shop else where the last two shops. As all the ingredients I wanted all those shelves were empty. It's so hard making ends meet as it is without it being too expensive. Prices at Coles. There are good savings on my new Vitasoy milky Almond Milk $2.70. I'll update again in a f/n.

Got home with my shopping and purchased some olives stuffed with danish feta. As soon as I opened noticed a terrible smell only to discover the 'use by' date was 12/04/22, today is 27/04/22. They have stock on the shelves that have spoiled by over 2 weeks. When I called the store to advise them of this the attitude of the person on the phone was disgusting - not a care in the world. I told her the situation and she was very "yep ok, we will refund" I said I do not care about the $, but someone needs to check shelf immediately to make sure there are no more for someone to get sick and her reply was "ok, tick". SO RUDE, whoever is in charge of the phone should take some customer service lessons!

They require 2 full days to pre-order a classic platter. I've watched them being prepared - 15 mins.

Easy parking, nice staff, has everything I need.

5 stars.would give it 10 if I could.there’s a cute red headed boy that works the checkout sometimes, boy would i like to get me a piece of that.also the produce is nice and fresh

Their new salads range is amazing. Yummy Salmon and fresh garlic prawns in the Deli is delicious. Always great service with a smile

Great experience. The checkout guy with the red curly hair and black jacket is great. If I was a woman I would date him.
