Coles Kalamunda reviews
39 Overcharging: I bought a Turkey and 2 Toblerones plus other items 2days ago. I was charged for two turkeys and three Toblerones. When I went back the next day to check with them and get my money back, Kim, the manager said they all make mistakes, common to make mistakes. We don't keep the money for ourselves, we are only working here.
What an argument!
I wasted my time and energy and petrol money to get my money back with no apology from Coles management.
A word of advice:
Check your receipts as Coles don't seem to care about over charging customers especially around Christmastime time.
Shop here weekly, never had any issue but for some reason today some Nathan kid wanted to have a go at me about the fact they don't have phones in stock they have advertised not to mention the other lady who always serves me started yelling at me. Will be shopping at Woolworths from now on. Never expected to get yelled at for inquiring about phones. That's crazy!
Not just crazy upon reflection either it feels like a blatant scam, you advertise a phone you don't have for cheaper then products you do have that are inferior and Nathan told me there's not much difference when there are big differences, that feels really wrong. Coles should not be scamming people in this manner.
I’ve had this problem so I was going to the coffee and the was a bird and it was very disgusting. It was eating the ice.
My best local shop. Helps when you know where to find everything that you need without much of a hustle!
Best layout ever from any shop to exist.would sleep on the bread, as it is very soft and fluffy. Period.
Tired of empty shelves and lack of pet food. Can't use covid or broken rail line as an excuse any more. Lift your game people! Staff are great, not their fault!
Bit expensive compared to other grocery chains, however has a large variety of products and, for a short time, had cool ranch doritos. I miss them so much.
Food is decent and they have cheap prices, but I always get kicked out of there for literally walking in with a bag. I've never stolen either and the staff, often oldies, always have bias to younger people. Mad L store: (
Diane at the Deli is amazing! She is super friendly and kind, makes all the difference for a shopping experience. Not a lot stands out about grocery shopping but she made a difference in my morning.
Lack of staff is a major problem. If you choose to go through a manned checkout, be prepared to wait while the cashier runs from the service desk and back to serve you. Service desk customers get priority regardless of how low everybody else has been waiting in the checkout queue.
Kalamunda Coles definitely due for a face lift. A need for more variety. Very limited in brand choice.
Thanks Sue at Service for going out the back to get stock that hadn’t made it to the shelf for customers to purchase! Eggs and milk should be filled every day don’t ya think?
I was in Coles Kalamunda Sunday 20/3
I asked a young man, Xavier if he could please cut the watermelon smaller for me. Such beautiful manners and very polite. I went through the checkout and was served by Nathan. Again a wonderful young man with lovely manners and very polite.
These young men are a credit to your store.
I did tell the lady behind the service counter to pass my thoughts onto the manager. I really don't think our young people of today get enough credit when it's due.
Stock, stock, stock.back to the good old days, lots of dairy products, a little light on frozen goods but still good.yes a good shopping experience.didn't wait long in the que either, overall good!
Not a lot of stock on the shelves at the moment due to SA floods and no rail or truck transport bringing goods
Always been a Coles shopper, Covid19 has just made shopping rather difficult with items in short supply. Have had to get some items at Woolies.
Worst checkout operators ever, I'm all for chatting but not when the line is 5 deep. Doesn't help when only 2 operators are on.
The coles at Kalamunda is well managed with very helpful staff.
The bald manager who works here is extremely friendly and helpful. (Please visit more)
Store never opens on time, shelves are never stocked, have brought numerous items that have had mold, bald manager is disrespectful towards customers.very poorly run coles also self service area closed in the morning and only one register open.again its a very poorly run coles
Nice staff but this place never has enough check out aisles open. Saturday morning there is people waiting 3-4 trolleys deep, only 2 aisles open.
