Coles Inglewood reviews
53 I really like the location of this store. It's on the main road, good easy access carpark to the supermarket, great chemist right next door and the bottle store.
If you're in a hurry it's easy to park right outside to run in to pick up those last minute groceries on the way home. Full size supermarket to do your normal weekly shop. The fruit and veggies I've always found to be good quality and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful.
This place is very convenient, this is where I come everytime to get some items and the quality of their fruit and veggies is just amazing.
Coles was always just Coles but this store is a little ripper. Has so many alternative foods and drinks and the produce is very fresh!
This is a great, well stocked (usually) store with good access & away from the very busy shopping centres close by. Staff are friendly & helpful.
Unfriendly staff on checkout for 12 items or less, perhaps she is overworked having to look after several stations by herself.
BEST COLES IN THIS AREA. Logical layout, great selection, friendly staff and smart easy carpark. Pharmacy, Chicken Treat and Bottle O next to it - good allrounder. Only problem can be queues in the afternoons around 5pm, and Sunday 4 - 6pm when dad's like me rush in for the weekly shop.
While the customers might not be adhering to guidelines around COVID (social distancing etc), the staff have done a fantastic job. From the start of the pandemic they have ensured staff have the knowledge to assist customers as needed.
I had a great experience at this shop today. I had finished my shopping and headed to my car to leave but my battery had gone flat, one of the friendly staff named kyle saw me trying to start my car and offered to help he had jump leads but we used mine instead, at first it did not work but we persisted and got the car going and i continued on my way a big thank you kyle huge help today!
It's my local supermarket and very good, offering just about anything I might need however, it has stopped stocking an item which forced me to travel further afield to pick up that product from Woolworths. Not happy with that inconvenience.
The self checkouts consistently are not smooth running as they should. Need to be consistently attended to by Supervisor/Attendant. Not good enough.
Found the car parking is built on a slope not like Dianella and Maylands where it is flat and makes it easy to get to car. Its not as good as the Maylands or Dianella Coles. I stick to the more spacious Dianella coles and the easy access maylands for easy get in and out. This makes the big difference.
Normally a positive shopping experience here, some products have an extensive range of choice, others not so much. Availability across the store is normally pretty good too.
Bought a thermal flask last week and it did not keep heat and it leaked, I tried to return it today and was told faulty products needed to be returned with a proof of purchase or a letter from the manufacturer instructing a return to Coles.
I was surprised as the returns policy on display only mentioned that proof of purchase was necessary for a change-of-mind return. I tried my luck with a different staff member on the way out after doing shopping and he exchanged it no problem and said it wasn't necessary to have a receipt if it was faulty.
It's so frustrating when staff don't sing from the same hymn sheet.
Can't spend less than a $100/ day to shop for a family of 3. Good quality Meats, fruits and Vegetables are very expensive. Just remember, not everybody works in the mining industry.
Good as far as Coles go. Finding parking at busy times can be hard. (like most places I suppose) Always found the food to be fresh.
If you're into fresh produce then don't buy here! Bought 2 punnets of raspberries on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning they were moldy (see photos). My daughter ate a few Friday night. I'm sick thinking about it. Won't shop here again.
This is our local Coles and, while an average supermarket, better than going to Coles in Morley and being surrounded by Galleria residents.
All the staff at coles Inglewood are lovely especially Donna and Naomi who are always so kind to my 3 year old daughter
A trolley gripped me
Hadn't even walked into the store
Mobbed by staff who turfed out my backpack for all to see
Repeat: Had not enter the actual store
Nowt there
Nowt apology
Narrow selection, less and less diversity in available brands, more and more coles stuff, but otherwise it's your normal supermarket.
Best selection of fresh bread out of all the Cole's. But please slice more instead of having pretty much all unsliced.
