Coles Forrestfield

Entered snap lockdown, they managed to fully staff the store, and the service counter attendant was helping out the 12 items or less people in his down time,

Slowest service i have ever encountered. Only 1 till and 1 - 12 items open.no choice, have to put up with the slowest checkout chick ever. Grrr.

Be careful with Chicken from the deli - I'd personally stay safe and buy sealed from butchers fridge in coles. Keep an eye on use by date of any meat you buy from butcher dept, it often only has a short expiry date - even the simple sausage can often have an expiry date of only 2 days away and not marked for quick sale. If you don't check dates you'll get home and find you have to cook that day or freeze which is frustrating. Fresh produce is okay but I have noticed certain Coles stores have better quality f+v than others, F/field is lacking at times. Most staff are great, but there's a couple who are in no hurry to help with anything and don't mind leaving you waiting for them while they look out the back for long periods of time (upto 15 mins), then there's others who take less than a minute to come back with product. Usually always a2 milk. Products on sale often run out of stock on floor and have to be asked for - staff should be onto this, but there never seems to be enough staff on the floor. Deli staff are always helpful and friendly, and there is an extremely helpful, customer orientated young man that stocks fridges and shelves that I will endeavour to get the name of and put in a compliment about.

I did my shopping and was preparing to make my way out of the complex when I spied a dropped pair of glasses just outside the entrance. I went to the front desk. The guy at the front desk was gossiping with a woman customer. He turned, saw me and went back to the chinwag he was having.

When he finally got to me, I explained about the eyewear situation. No acknowledgement whatsoever. He went and called a staff member over the phone. I was still standing where I was when I was given a dismissive look as if to say "go".

What price is courtesy?

Absolute first class service from all the staff who were more than willing to help a customer needing to get certain items to complete thier shopping list, store was very tidy, items neatly stacked on shelves and in plentiful supply too i might add i will definitely be going back there for shopping in the future thats for sure.

Was disappointed to find that I was overcharged for 3 packs of toilet rolls when I had actually got only 2.obviously it was a mistake. Other than that Coles is always a great place to shop at.

A man serviced me and he was really extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my kids honestly would NEVER going there again!

It's a Coles. Not as fancy as the other Coles that have had a facelift but it has all the essentials.

There were mouse drops on the tray!
The labels were already been damaged by the mouse and they put the damage products on display.

Always good the old forrestfield coles's. Wish they'd bring back that hit chick manager Kelly but.she was always good on the eyes.

Extremely rude person on the phone, she cut the call without even listening to what i had to say,

First time using click & collect had to wait almost 20 minutes. Defeats the purpose of click & collect. Friendly service.

Good local supermarket.
Their fresh prawns sold by the kilo are The Bomb!

The new layout with wider aisles is nice, but there's still too many that are full of sugar, fat and salt products. Come on Coles. If you're sincere about healthy eating then these aisles should not be there.

It is true the fruit and vegetables are not as fresh as other places. The aisles are well laid out and the specials are ok.

I have always found the staff in forrestfield extremely freindly and helpful. Management your lucky to have them, as I've not lived in forrestfield for long and shopped in other Coles supermarkets branches. So far forrestfield and Bassendean are equal. Keep up the good work.

A Coles is a Coles is a Coles, nothing different to any other Coles, really. Though the prices here in Perth are invariably higher than Melbourne, that's for sure.

I usually shop at maddington but I noticed some upgrades to this store nicejust paid another visit its getting better
