Coles Forrestfield reviews
39Wow this place.it’s so dark in there.i went through self check out twice in the last two weeks and both times before i’ve even scanned anything the helper assumes i’m going to steal, they have to scan my 10 pack of soda water themselves.that happens which is very embarrassing and awkward and accusatory but also the helper scanned my 10 pack twice, so not only was it asssumed i was going to steal but coles robbed me actually, $11.40.this place sucks, good thing woolies is 100 metres away and never had that problem there, also their fruit and veg is displayed so it’s much fresher looking.coles forrie sucks
Nice quiet shopping centre! No hassle’s with some quality shops! Just needs a roof to connect the two halves together! North and south shops.
Clean and up to date store, but the range for vegans isnt good, missing products that are available in other coles,
Edit: they no longer sell any plant based meats, theres zero options. So disapointing.
Hopeless. Only 2 cash self serve registers that are always broken down turns into a 30 minute exercise to pay for a bit of food. I go to Woolworths now much better organised
An alarm went off at Coles it would have been easy enough time for people to put their shopping through and evacuate but no shut the whole place down no1 informed us to what was the problem we're all left wondering
Went to Coles Forrestfield today and served by a young man Reiley and a young lady Eloise at the seafood counter, they both super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for good customers service. Great assets to Coles
Some of the staff here just don't have the will to work anymore. So many of them are grumpy. Stores alright. Could do with a clean up, saw alot of stock and rubbish on the floors.
In this coles store, the staff Bily are rude.extremely bad attitude. His name is Bily. He talking loudly like arguing.
Empty! IGA has more stock than Coles and their self service checkouts need to go or be upgraded, always asking for staff assistance
One week they forgot half my order in my click & collect (which sometimes happens totally understandable) and the next didn’t even bring out my order. Waited for over 20min. Tried calling store and their click & collect mobile no answer. Better yet a car pulled up besides me and they got their order straight away. Will not be coming back.
I go here every fortnight for a big food shop and the variety is good, there's always parking and the staff are absolutely lovely, this is a very inclusive coles and many of the staff are either openly LGBTQI+ or have a disability, thumbs up for representation.
Lovely clean store, helpful staff who don't mind a bit of a chat. The specials are the best to look out for, otherwise some things are cheaper at say, Spudshed. But having formerly worked at Coles for over 3 years, and in 3 different departments, I can say that this is one of the better maintained stores. People from grocery were doing preso in the middle of the day! I remember that we did that at night so the store looked nice for opening. I would definitely come back again.
Scum service. Depends who you get on the day. Unhelpful. One day you can get help the next time you visit the staff couldn’t be bothered and play the “it’s policy” card to hide behind. Disgrace. “Coles” policy for this store needs serious review including the staff and management.
Do not like the red and white branding. Much prefer Woolworths and their reward programs.
Store layout seems disjointed and couldn't find everything I needed and wanted.
Nonetheless, everything was clean and neat. Staff were well presented and polite. Checkout was quick and efficient.
Value for money was in line with competitors prices.
The self serve checkouts seemed to operate much more efficiently and smarter then any other one I had used before. Though I still prefer to use traditional checkout systems.
Theres two shops that I do my grocery shopping, one is Coles and the other starts with a W. Coles has pretty much everything I need, and on the odd occasion I'll nip over to the W shop.
I never find goodies where I think they should be. Put all the cheeses together plain and gourmet in a cheesery like a bakery!
Pauline on the deli was so busy but as always she was super helpful and happy, always with a smile on her face. Store was very bright, clean, inviting with well stocked shelves
It's a relatively decent Coles shop, it's usually pretty quiet and I've never seen it chaotic in the store, not as large of a selection as some bigger stores but they have almost everything you'd expect from Coles
Met a couple of awesome staff today we had a few laughs while they scanned and packed my groceries.
Friendly as.
