Coles Caversham reviews
32The store manager is nice and she trys her best to sort out things for her customer, however, the customers service manager has no patience at all, almost shouted at my dad when he went in to sort our refund issues. I am thinking at the moment there are so many ppl out of jobs, why give this rare manager opportunity to such a horrible women. If you have no patience, why go out and work in customer service industry, stay at home and be a queen.
The bakery section lady wasn’t willing to slice the bread loaf even after telling her that all the loaf in bread section was sliced for toast not for sandwich. Very disappointing.
Perfectly located for all the people living in the estate. Plenty of parking and never crowded.
Lovely new shop. Very spacious but the best bit was they had 3 Australian sourced hams in the Deli. The last Coles I went to in Southern River had no Australian sourced ham in the deli at all.
Decent sized coles. Bakery, deli and fresh produce is great. Checkout service can be a bit iffy and self serve.well it's self serve.
I like this Coles mainly for the parking at the centre, as well as the size. I can usually get what I need (I only ever pop in for small shops as I do most of my shopping online) and I’m always in and out quickly without having to wait around for a checkout. The staff are typical supermarket staff - some are more friendly than others.
Worst customer service ever on the weekends. Always out of stock on Ricotta cheese. It seems like they don't care.
Coles has been open in Caversham for a little while now unfortunately the shine has gone and the staff are back to being ho hum. It seems that a lot of stuff has left and the manager Jack has also gone as well.it's a shame that Coles have very limited options when it comes to shopping nowadays. They want to push their brand and their brand alone hence why I shop at Woolworths now. The Woolworths at Altone Park Shopping Centre is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have a lot of different variety of goods and they are not trying to push their brand in their brand alone unlike Coles.
Fruit and Vegetable department is a million times better then what it used to be! What ever you are doing Mr Caversham keep it up! I’ll be returning here more and more now.
Inflation! Up! Up! Prices are up!
To be serious, the place is actually great, and no store can escape our sh*tty economy.
A very nice Coles, large and new. There always good specials just before the closing time. I would recommend it to families.
The store was great the first few months but slowly the store went down the fresh produce section has become less and less even with them closing an entire fridge. The fresh butcher no longer exists, the deli has closed an entire fridge and they don't have the popular cold cuts they had at first. Very disappointing knowing the store was so great at the beginning. Now I do minimum shopping there and prefer the Noranda coles for major shopping.
