Big, clean, well maintained store. Apart from the service of a female checkout worker it was a great shopping experience - customer service could be improved from checkout operator

I gave you 5 stars because you are our local supermarket and the only one Coles we do shopping. But customer service seriously needs to be improved. It is all about the dark guy who is at self served department. He is always rude and unhelpful.

Whoever buys or selects your produce needs to look harder, worst quality fruit an vegetables
Shelves always empty, and what is on the shelves is always close to use by dates

It is a big chain of stores & have many branches. Almost all consumer products are sold in these stores. Overall good in all respects.

Worst customer service recieved on Sunday the 17.7.22 by front end service on attending to collect some builder collectables as the service desk told me I could have picked the receipts up off the ground and Gone in to claim them despite the fact that I told the service desk that I could prove that the receipts would match up to my bank statement for the day, the customer service lady named lis was so rude and told me she didn't have to give them to me. Rude as. I have been shopping there for over a year and I would not be spending my money there again

Bought this on 25th October today. Still have expired stuff on shelf. Talked to the manager but never bothered, saying that's why it's on clearance. Really, it's not a toy. Dogs can really get sick. No value for humans as well dogs. Giant retailers.
I went to midland coles on Sunday 24th October and pulled out same stock with expiry of 7 October and 17 october.

Girls at the service desk went out of their way to help track down something frok the Xmas line that hadn't been put on the shelves yet after I had been to 3 other Coles in the area

#throwback. In june 2018, we drove and shopped at this Coles after visiting Caversham wildlife park. Loved their roosted chicken which is freshly cooked from the oven

Super friendly young lady who actually asked how full we wanted the bags. Unbelievable and definitely much appreciated when you have arthitis in your hands. Well done girl.

Caversham store is big has or seem to have more variety and very spacious and clean and the shelves don't look bare not like Midland Gate Coles. But the whole of Midland Gate is so bloody ugly and uneventful terrible car park spaces and Xmas has just gone bye but walking through this place you wouldn't have thought it was Xmas. The management has No idea what to do. What a shame Boring Centre.

Still like my old haunt at Coles Swan View better.as it has more of a community feel about it after growing up there.and people who work there also live there.so a great vibe.

Coles Caversham looks like a Costco or Bunnings outlet.there's no ambient noise as the roof height is so high.it has no atmosphere.it feels like an industrial factory. Coles Midland Gate is the same

Convenient location with ample parking, staff are friendly and helpful, clean and very well arrangement.

The girl on self serve tonight is probably one of the rudest customer service employees I have ever met in my entire life! I'm not really one for negative reviews but this was beyond a joke! I asked her for help twice because I had a gift card which I'm not familiar with how to scan a phone barcode. She just death stared me blank in the face without a single word walks away. I then had to ask her again because it wasn't working to which I got not a single word just a back turned to me. No smile nothing, she honestly may as well spat at me because least that would have been something! I consider myself a pretty genuinely nice friendly person so this was so random for me! Bypass my local coles and go to caversham has it a nicer store and the staff are more shopper friendly

Before covid always had stock now struggling to get my groceries. Hopefully be back to normal soon

It's a grocery store but staff member have to learn to please at this particular time of year do not cough on anyone as it doesn't matter who you are you simply look just uneducated and careless

This store is always clean and bright. The produce has always been fresh.
Just a shame people are panic buying all of Australia's toilet paper, nappies, wipes, formula ect

At opening time there was no toilet paper. A sign on the window would have been good stating no stock. I wasted my time!
