Coles Bassendean

Lovely location where Coles is situated in a small shopping centre with Subway, Cafe, Sushi takeaway or dine in and gourmet butcher, veg shop, also Reddot, there are also amenities within the shopping centre

Nightmare carpark, everything cost atleast $1 or more extra than the same items that are no more than 10kms away in Midland supermarkets.

It's ok, I've been to better store such as Inglewood which seems to have a better selection of items. Maybe it was the time of my visit but there seemed to be many items out of stock.

Bassemdean is a great little centre with everything you need close together
Nice coffee shop in the centre
Also has dome (with the old train carriage to can sit and.eat in)
Big variety of other foods around the outside also
Plenty of parking

I always shop at Coles Bassendean because of the service Jacky provides in the deli section. As I buy in bulk from the deli I always look out for Jacky as she provides 5 star service. Keep up the good work Jacky.

Just left their liquor store. Someone ought to teach the bloke servin customer service skills. I was barked at like a dog.

It's my local shop. I'm loyal but find that there is often large gaps on shelves showing low product availability even post COVID19. Would like to see this addressed.

They want customers to use self check out, why should we as we don't work at coles. There are not enough staff at check out especially on busy days and times. There are always a long time to wait before you get serve. There are too many staff with great big trolleys in your way when you are trying to shop. I have also notice the prices has gone up. Most staff are friendly not all that works there.

Good - but it's hard to get into (you enter/exit from the middle of the mall) and only a single lane car exit (that you turn left/right out of). In a nutshell: pretty good, well laid out and stocked, but suffers from it's position in a convoluted and poorly designed shopping centre.

Do not bother with click and collect. Several times my groceries have been disgusting. Salmon that smells like it has been in the sun all day, and slimy chicken. I have had to make several trips back to store to return items which is a complete waste of time. I would rather drive to Woolworths then shop here again.

Obsessed with prepackaging produce and will take mushroom bags off the shelf if there's too many packages left for sale.

I have today done my last shop at Coles Bassendean. Customer service officer Rose is the rudest person I have ever come across working with the public. She is always surly and clearly is not there to serve but dictate. I prefer my money being taken with a smile.

Guard now stands at entry from all the stealing. Needs updating. Food is good never had problems with meat. Staff are always happy and smiling. Lots of parking. Not to busy a place (normally)

Tops always at Coles Bassendean that's is why I drive 120km to do my shopping at Coles Bassendean. It's the friendliest and helpfulness of the staff when you are loooking for a particular item they find it for me immediately. At the Check out they are the best too. Great range of Gluten Free products including bread. I suffer from allergies to wheat & yeast. So handy to get most of my munchies from here. Although I find more affordable Veges & fruit else where. The layout is good, service is friendly & store is always spotless

Greater selection of food items as compared to Maylands. Staff are helpful. Excessive packaging of organic vegetables is a shame.

Check your fresh produce before getting it home. I got a whole bag of rotten onions today.

Also the locals there are much below average. Feel less then safe in the center

Very busy shop, has stock most times, but not always with refilled shelves. Staff are very good and always helpful and friendly, even when the self serve checkout has really got you cheesed off.

Excellent service from Mark from airy section. Who dropped what he was doing to help me find what I was looking for.
