Coles Bassendean

I got all my needs easily, layout is similar as the other shops, but the parking design is so convenient. Forgot my repellent for the Telethon cinema, but the cheaper one last 6 hours were all gone, lucky the 4 hours non fragrant one is not that expensive.

A nice Coles with plenty of stock and a good buys section always have a manned check out available and when the lines for the manned check out get too long open a second manned check out quite quickly in my experience quite lovely and accommodating staff as well

Me and my son went to get him his roblox gift card it cost 25$ and he scratch it in the car and we could not see and of the code it gave us so we went back we told them and they said unlucky for you. Everyone who will come and buy a roblox card do not come he they are super rude customers

A huge thank you to all staff for their efforts over Xmas. Everyone helpful and cheerful. Special thanks to the young girl on checkout who took the time to give me a Xmas hug. Also to all Deli staff who were run off their feet serving delicious seafood. Deli food display the best. Also spectacular fresh produce and display was amazing. Merry Xmas all.

I have spoken to 3 different staff regarding a query I have and found each person very pleasant and helpfully. Happy to go out of their way to help me. I am very impressed!

Not any different from other Coles. Quite pleased with the offers. Got 2 1-kg bags of Vittoria coffee beans at $40, half the usual price.

Karen, my wonderful checkout person, noticed I was having back pain, so not only packed my bags, but loaded them into the trolley making sure they weren't heavy for me to handle when I got home. Thanks Karen, it was very much appreciated.

Very busy shop, has stock most times, but not always with refilled shelves. Staff are very good and always helpful and friendly, even when the self serve checkout has really got you cheesed off. They have suffered a bit with the recent supply issues, but the shop reorganisation has been done pretty well and it is all looking good at the moment.

Click an collect is the worst. It's normally click and wait 40 minutes wait on the dock to get the product. I would rather go in to the shop.

Coles Bassendean is my favourite place to shop always the same low prices an i know where everything isn't there's nothing there anymore, now there's stuff there i cant afford

New to the area and have had security alerted to my presence while going about my business shopping multiple time, accused without evidence of shop lifting, staff threatening to call police.
Shop elsewhere, the old women are paranoid and rude.

3 packets of chicken wings bought yesterday (Xmas eve). All three had very much turned when opened today.family meal ruined, Merry Christmas

Did a click and collect and ended up waiting over an hour just for the shopping, called and knocked on the back door and even went through the front, they were rude and hung up the phone when trying to ask where my order was. Very unprofessional and their staff need a few lessons on manners!

First up Coles bassadean is a lot better variety an bigger than the Beechboro coles.an second I went to Basso Coles bought PS4 recharge 12 months 2 led glodes an 10 pack of aa Battery's.it part my mistake when got home trying for about 30 mins to put 12 digit the letters an are so small it is hard for normal person to read.no success I'm pretty sure it doesn't tell you it has recharge.so I went back to Coles and April toll me it was 3rd party have to fix online.got home try it with the game GTA 5 this time it was working online an turned out all good.so maybe there should be some sort of display say successful which 1 did not at all, so thanks April for your help an I hope some of these issues can sorted out

Assistant scanned my groceries, when I added my newspaper exclaimed oh no now I must rescan everything because newspaper MUST be scanned first otherwise she would be penalised in her appraisal. Unfortunately she'd begun rescanning otherwise I could have paid for goods then done a separate transaction. This seems a ridiculous rule to press upon operators and customers alike! Please resolve this to save this stress.

Staff are friendly and the store is clean and has everything I ever need.
Never enough staff on the checkouts though, long lines everytime I go here.

The manager is never to be seen, he/she needs to jump on a checkout and help out the staff.

Just disappointed that the bakery hasn't got their stock out by 8.30am have to ask. During the week even the deli isn't ready

My local shop and coles. Has a great range, good facilities, always updating stock etc. It's a clean store that's in a good area and is situated in a great modern Plaza complex with loads of local Amenities and stores so everything you need is at hand with the shopping experience tending to be relaxing with lots of friendly locals. This Coles in particular has a good range of weekly catalogue non grocery specials of homewares, gifts, pet needs, appliances etc and some great markdowns if you look but could do more to help and be accessible to low income families. Store has 2 major let downs 1. Is they have loads of wastage going to landfill instead of to local needy. Even being rude to dumpster divers taking fruit and veg from the bin for homeless & magazines for a charity
2. Rude judgemental condescending staff members - a few older female employees are so unpleasant that we have chosen to where possible shop elsewhere and be inconvenienced after having a few awful service experiences ourselves and seeing other shoppers and staff being profiled, ostrasised and embarrassed. Which is very sad as the area itself is very community minded and other staff are lovely and so very helpful without the nasty.

It's a good Coles if they can power tripping older staff I'll give 5 (do a bit more with waste to help local needy)
