Customer service is atrocious from the blonde owner - very rude and arrogant when I raised a valid complaint. She ranted and justified the behaviour of another customer who blatantly pushed in front of myself and another vehicle. Told me in a very sarcastic tone that she was “sorry” I had to wait an extra 30 seconds for my coffee. Actually not the point as this driver drove in quite aggressively (in a very recognisable vehicle with distinctive plates) and parked in a no parking zone where quite often kids are running in and out of - very dangerous- and was still served! The “30 second wait” didn’t actually worry me, it was the behaviour of the driver. I couldn’t get a word in through her rant so, unfortunately for the owner, there are plenty of other coffee places in Cockburn to get my daily coffee from, as they have now lost a very loyal, regular customer. Won’t be recommending to anyone.

Not very friendly staff seemed like they hated life no smiles, no hello, just took the order and asked for payment! No customer service skills and too expensive, food not worth the money at all, we had eggs benne, the eggs cooked well but not enough hollandaise or spinach and came on a supermarket bought English muffin? ! Not very gourmet for a heavy $17 and not enough bread for the egg size. Coffee tastes burnt and order came out wrong. Atmosphere not great with dirt construction sites surrounding on a busy road. Will not be back.

Friendly staff, great coffee, nice atmosphere. Undercover drive in car park with service at your car windows.

Great concept. Simple but effective. They definitely found a niche. Best drive through coffee in town. But dining in is available with kids playground. Don't forget to read the chalkboard specials at the gate.

Don’t waste your time here. Coffee is always burnt and service has become dismal. Mooba is just around the corner and excels at both of these. Even McDonalds has better coffee.

It's amazong to have a dog friendly cafe in such a dog friendly neighbourhood. The service and the coffee are amazing too!

Lovely little cafe, directly off the main road. There is parking around the back with access from there or around the front if your travelling there on foot. The food and coffee is always delicious and the staff always friendly.

The staff here are a fresh breath of air in the early AM's of the morning. Thanks for starting my day off right! I don't fancy the soy milk coffees here but their standard milk coffees have a great taste.
