49Stoppped in to grab breakfast before my sons footy game, worst service ever from this place, firstly i made my order alls well 15mins into waiting for the order which was a chicken ttoastie, the coffes bought out but no toastie they advised me after 15mins that their chicken had gone off, well i wouldnt complain if it was the first time but this has happend on countless occasions, if your in a rush and dont want your day ruined avoid this place like the plauge.

Order structure in a complete mess.
Come here often. Yesterday told “Stay in car, we don’t take car orders from window”. It took a very long time to even bass someone outside.
Today arrive and park and stay in car as told and a number of people walk to window and make orders ahead of people in cars. People in cars frustrated.
This is a great place but really can’t come back if ordering system is going to continue to be such a mess. Please make consistent at least.
Coffee great but just not worth hassle and wait unfortunately. If I’m anyway of a hurry keep driving past.
Average service, smoothies not blended as good as usual, toasties are microwaved, place is run down.needs a good update and proper overhaul otherwise this won't improve.
Worst customer service.
Last 2 times I have been I've had horrible service and coffee.

Absolutely diabolical service, we gave up. Waited for ages and tried to order at the bar to be told to wait in our cars. Cars that arrived after were served first. Guy came after 10 mins and was so rude we couldn't be bothered spending money there, so went next door to cockburn. About three other cars did the same thing as us. They don't deserve to be in business. Will never try them again and will be telling everyone the same.
In 2019 this place kept us going and we have tried to support them however each visit is just getting worse and worse.
Today topped it off and we won't return.
Ordered 2 toasties and what we received was terrible, couldn't even eat it.
Iced latte was just drinkable, very bitter coffee taste a bit burnt. Such a shame as we try to support local as much as we can.
It's one of the few places that I usually go for a good coffee (finding a good café in south of the river is becoming more difficult). There's young boy making fantastic coffee. Whenever he made a coffee, it was absolutely flawless. Having said, others couldn't make a proper coffee like him. So, when he's not around, you could actually sense that the coffee quality is going downhill.
Their croissants are great and so fresh.
Something I dislike a lot leading me to give three stars is surcharge on credit card or debit card. For debit card is 0.8% and for credit card is 1.5%. Why should I pay surcharge?
Disappointing. Mostly because they don’t serve in order of arrival at all but also staff aren’t very friendly and I’ve had simple order requests ignored (I.e asked for a croissant cut in after).
Unfortunately this place has gone down hill recently, hoping they spend a bit of money to make it more appealing soon. The children's cubby house is dirty, broken plastic window with sharp edges, and a few grotty plastic chairs. Coffee is good, would be nice to receive the service with a smile though
The food was great but the coffee was just average. The layout is all over the shop and very confusing.
Used to be my favourite local but recently too many experiences waiting 10-15 minutes for a lukewarm coffee when there's only 2 or 3 other cars there. Food still good but unfortunately will be finding a new morning coffee fix.
Regular customer and this place has gone down hill lately! Coffee isn't as it used to be, service is shocking and slow. All staff seem so unmotivated. So disappointing and won't be back
Ordered a latte and received a cup of warmed milk with a shot of coffee. Taste was good though the milk lacked any texture / foam at all. Perhaps quality should be priority over speed at a place where many customers are take away.
This used to be my favorite stop by before work and the coffee was amazing but unfortunately the last few times the coffee has been burnt and ive been given the wrong milk etc. The service one time was a bit off but service today was great so can't fault on that. I know the people have changed so im not sure whats happened but just wanting to give some feedback. Hopefully the coffee gets better:).
Not a pleasant tasting coffee, tastes burnt and the temperature was way too low. The barista cannot be blamed for the taste but milk temperature is coffee 1: 01
Had a black coffee and it was great, this is hard you find in Perth. There weren't any Fat boi brownies
Cool design of double stack sea containers, upcycled slabs and pallets to make tables, friendly staff and an excellent selection especially for breakfast!
Coffee standards have dropped recently.long waiting time for drive thru service.and when my coffee did arrive, it was cold and bland.food menu options definitely need improvement.
Not sure about the food, but I had the worst coffee here. Ordered a latte & received coffee with no froth at all, even less than a flat white. I informed Barista about it & she took my coffee & filled it with only foam from leftover steamed milk. ️
Went to the Hamilton Hill takeaway. Ordered 2 coffees and wasnt given my change. When I asked for it, the girl gave a look to her collegue "what a pain". When i said i saw that look and i am entitled to ask for my change. The other girl came to the window and accussed me of not using my manners, not saying thank you and being aggressive.i was speechless. The blonde and redhead serve like it's beneath them to be doing the job. I predict the place will be out of business in 6 months unless they get better staff.
