A favourite spot for breakfast. Tried the cauliflower and pea fritters for something different today, was not disappointed, delicious!

Decided to travel 15 min to get a take away coffee from Coco Belle. Place was busy but that was fine as i was in no rush.
Take away coffee came but it was not hot. I would say it was slightly warm andi could have drank the whole cup in one go. Really dissapointed. Did think about returning and asking them for a hot coffee but did not want to make a fuss. Got home and put it in the microwave. Not really the right thing but i needed my coffee fix.
Will try them again but without doubt the coldest hot coffee i have ever experienced.
Sorry guys.

The food is delicious and staff were great but the serving sizes are SO SMALL, especially for what you are paying. A smoothie is $8 and only about ~250ml, and a tiny bowl of pasta (that was served in a huge bowl to make it look bigger than it was) is over $20! I did not feel like I was getting my money’s worth at all. I would choose many cafes over this one for this reason unfortunately.

Good food and coffee in this corner cafe.

Reasonably priced and delicious menu items Add ons are a little on the high side. Good selection of cakes, ready-made sandwiches/rolls and cookies. Coffee was good, however my soy cap’s soy milk was a tad over-steamed.

Can get very busy approaching lunch time/noon. Make sure to secure a table before you order or else you’ll struggle to enjoy your meal! Nice dog-friendly above street level alfresco area.

Be aware that there might be a 20-30 minute wait on food if the cafe is packed. Service is great and attentive to your needs when required.

Ample parking on Queens Road and not too far of a walk from Swan River.

Have returned several times already and will continue to.

Taste - Would I return to this place for the taste? Yes
Value for Money (VfM) - Yes, although adding bacon or chorizo etc would cost you more just like any other place.
Staff (friendliness, promptness) - Friendly staff.
Atmosphere (busy, seating, toilets, if N/A then taste will inherit weighting) - Family friendly and spacious.
EFTPOS (credit cards, bank card) - Yes!

First time to try out a local restaurant for dinner. Great, friendly service, food was well presented and highly recommended.

Selling a plain croissant at $6.50 and they not even baking it themselves. Ridiculous! Coffee used to be better as well!

Decent coffee, service and a nice range of breakfast food. Worth a check if you're in the area.
