Amazing Muffins really very very nice and the coffee is bloody great as well.

I frequent this place 2-3 times a week with my Mother we both really enjoy the place.

They also do a very nice Chia Tea in a pot which I get most days.

I don't have any pics of the Muffins because I eat them before I think to take a Pic they are soooo GOOD.

Went for Brunch today. I ordered the smashed avo, feta, poached eggs and mushrooms on toast. The feta was mashed through the avocado which made it super salty. The toast was more like warm bread and I got 2 tiny button mushrooms. My husband had pancakes which he was happy with. Coffee was good. The stars are for coffee, pancakes and eggs. No stars for the avo and toast. We have been here many times and this was a readisappointment. This was not a cheap meal.

For first time went there to get a coffee in the morning
the barista wasn't friendly at all, i asked for an almond milk coffee he made me a cold dairy milk coffee
i drove back all the way from home to let him know
He never apologised & just said he didn't hear me asking for almond milk!

I had the açai bowl and I was shocked at how expensive the price was for it. $17 for an açai that doesn’t taste like açai. All I could taste was banana.
They also sprinkled a tiny bit of nuts over the top.

Other cafes charge 12.50. Double granola & peanut butter and a strong açai taste.

I told the man behind the counter and he was understanding about it. He asked if I’d like anything else which I thought was kind. I could see the girl behind the counter wasn’t so happy though.

She wouldn’t make any eye contact with me which I thought was rude. I felt very uncomfortable. When we left I said bye and again she ignored me.

Our favourite local cafe. Great coffee, friendly staff and the meals and cake selection are delicious.

My coffee was great, the smoothie however was way over priced and the food servings are very small. I guess you pay for location but when you are sitting on a round about it the prices are not justified.
$8.00 for banana and milk in a small glass? Because of this i won't return and my mother lives down the road. Very disappointing.

Waited 5 mins at the counter, nobody acknowledged me or even made eye contact. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Have been multiple times and always enjoyed one particular breakfast dish. Today's serving was less than half the size of normal and very disappointing. When this was explained to staff, the response was that a measure was used for the fritters and the serve was always the same size. Basically saying we were lying. After paying the full bill for a half sized meal and the dismissive attitude of the staff member we have decided never to return

I went to the shop this morning for coffee. I saw the barista she doesn't pour enough milk in a cup so she adds hot water.which the hot water is heated to 90 degrees for my latte with hot water? How could I drink it? That is not good!

Good range of cafe food, from just coffee and cake right through to full on meals. Good coffee and other drinks and food service to go with it. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Breakfast was good, decent portions / value.however no table service and place really lacking atmosphere/ personality.

Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so friendly. The food is fresh and the servings are so generous I couldn't finish my meal. The coffe is top notch. I got welcomed on the way in and wished a good day on the way out. You couldn't ask for more. Definitely a good place to go on your own, with your partner or family. Definitely made it my local to go place. They have definitely set the bar high. Others place have a lot of work to get up to the standards of Coco Belle. Keep up the good work.

Reserved a table for breakfast for 4. It was a bit small and cramped. Disappointed a larger space wasn't reserved for us. Also it was too warm inside. Air-con needed to be adjusted. It is also too cramped now when getting water. I splashed people on the adjoining table.

Always a nice spot to visit. Dog friendly, delicious vegan friendly options always available and most importantly, great coffee!

Lovely little cafe spot with great coffee. Great ambience and will be using this spot for a few more business meetings for coffee

Hands down best Salted Caramel Slice in Perth. These guys use fresh ingredients that are REAL and their food is fabulous!

These clowns are kidding themselves $10 for a very very very average sausage roll with no sauce deservingly smashed by @belltower times that price is unjustifiable

Good choice of brunch menu for both vegetarians and non-vegos. Coffee good too.
Toilets you need to walk a couple of shops down unfortunately. None located inside cafe. Collect key from staff before going.

First time today and very impressed, there are not greedy with the portion and the food is tasty (the main thing). The also offering Lunch and Dinner options worth to checking out.

I love going to places where both the food and staff are great, I seldom complain, but I must say I was a little dissapointed with one of the staff members, not very pleasant
