Richard did a fantastic job on repairing my husband's boots at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely go back again for any other shoe repairs we have.

The fellow at Midland was so helpful. I had a great pair of well worn gaiters that needed a new strap. Yet fitting it needed tools I did not have. Replacing the strap was not straightforward. Yet he persevered & got it done whilst I waited. I am so grateful.

Could not recommend enough! So helpful, knowledgeable and excellent workmanship! Went to many other bookmaker stalls before coming across this one and he was the only one that helped me and told me that he is a boot maker by trade and the work he did on my shoes were awesome.my shoe straps were too big for me and he managed to make them fitted so nicely to my feet.happy as!
Tip: it does take a few days to do adjustments he did mine in 2 Business days and he already had multiple customers infront of me so he does work fast
to be safe for events such as a wedding! Give it a week just in case.thank-you again Cobbler Express!

Just been to cobbler shoe repair midland with my my 76 year old freind for him to pick up his repair shoes, in all my travels I have never come across such a rude and disrespectful to the elderly in my life, his attitude was unbelievable bad from the get go and ended up giving us the bird when we left, his attitude was so distscusting, a Stain on cobbler brand name.

Had such a friendly experience here.
Wanting to fix our daughter diabetic bracelet, and After visiting a few cobbler and jewelers stands only to be told “no, it’s fine”, midland cobbler express fixed it and reinforced it straight away.

Brought my favourite heels. The fabric was peeling off and everything. They did more than I expected. Now they look exactly as I first bought them. The staff were also kind and pleasant to be served by. I highly recommend them 100%

Showed up at 12: 31, saw the sign saying "Back at 12: 30". Waited five minutes, then ended up going to Shoe King close by instead. Passed by again at 12: 45 and whoever was supposed to be back still wasn't. Would've missed at least 10 customers in just those 5 minutes I waited.

Just go to Shoe King, the guy there was super chipper and wonderful. Skip this place.

I purchased a silver hip flask and paid for it to be engraved with 2 letters ($20!) When I returned to pick it up I was very disappointed with the quality of the engraving. It looked like a child had done it! I expressed my disappointment and asked for a replacement flask and refund on the engraving. Was given a replacement flask but no credit or refund for the awful engraving! This is not how you do business! I will now look for a PROFESSIONAL engraver who knows how to engrave properly! Very dissatisfied with this business.

Paid $30 to have 2 zipper pulls replaced on a backpack. When I picked up there was only one puller. So I asked for my $15 back, but apparently because she had to stitch approximately 10cm I was not entitled to a refund. I was never told that this might be the case when I dropped the bag in. If she had said in the first place that she couldn't fit 2 pulls, I would have only asked for one. Very rude, unprofessional and a rip-off. Will never go there again.

THEY DONT CARE THEY DAMAGED YOUR WATCHES AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY IN THE POCKET! JUST BE MINDFUL OF IT!
What happend was i asked them if they be able to changing my batteries for my watch first before I hand it over but the result was terrible! My designers watch was damaged and they told me that was normal.

I recently took in two pairs of shoes in to be fixed. A pair of flats which required a new heal and a pair of stilettoes which required new heals and a non slip sole as they were dangerously slippery. I was quoted $98.00 which seemed extremely expensive, however I like to support local and presumed the high price was probably due to high rental fees for their premises.
The young man took my money, but failed to give me a receipt or docket, which I was surprised about at the time and in hindsight should have queried. I came back to collect my shoes a week later and was served by a mature women who asked for my docket which I was consequently unable to provide. After finding my shoes with my surname the women then pointed out that the docket had been torn off insinuating I was lying and that I must have received it. So I repeated "I was never given it".
I Then discover that the non slip sole had been put on my flats instead of my heals. I point this out and she said she would have to take them home and see what her husband says. However due to her rude attitude and manner I said "no don't worry about it I have already paid $100.00 I'll just take my shoes. " Unbelievably she then corrects me and says you've not paid $100. OMG Forgive me I paid $98.00!
I can not believe her disrespectful attitude towards customers, especially after having made such a big mistake. What ever happened to customer service, because there certainly wasn't any here?
I gave two stars for the work that was done on my shoes, right or wrong it appeared to be done well.

The new management and staff are wonderful, Michelle is a master hand engraved and the best shoe repairer in Perth. It's a family operated business that really cares. I would not hesitate to recommend them to you.

I commissioned Michelle to do some engraving work on a sword of mine. A slightly unusual request, but it was no problem for her and I couldn't be happier with the work I received.

The engraving work itself is amazing and the attention to detail in the design is extremely impressive.

On the customer service side of things, Michelle was wonderful to work with. She did the majority of the beautiful design work herself but was open to suggestions on my part for design elements and font types ect to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

I couldn't recommend any these guys any higher and will most certainly be back.

I took a pendant to get miss spelling buffed clean which was done by another company who said they were happy to pay $10-$15 to fix it, the older lady who served me at Cobbler told me it would cost about $5-$10, when I went back to pick it up the buffing was disgusting and had swirls all over it, when I took it back to get her mistake fixed she didn't tell me that there would be an extra charge due to her taking it to a jeweler which took 2-3 days to get done, when I went to pick it up she refused to let me look at it or give it to me unless myself or the company who originally made the mistake had to pay $25, this pendant is $200 and is a picture of my mother who past away for my dads birthday, after getting really upset and crying the older guy who works there gave me my pendant.
Her communication was also terrible I had to ring her everyday to see if it was done and it was like she had forgotten about it. I should not have been chasing it up when they are the ones who need to call me when it is done, it also should not have taken 2-3 days to get done especially when I kept getting told it would be done within a day.
I will never come back to this place ever again, I honestly believed she was never going to give me my pendant, she is very, very rude and should definitely not be working with customers. I highly recommend that nobody go here especially for things that are worth money.

Its such a pity that people can write such innacurate negative reviews on a webpage and that future clients of the business may decide against using this company based an inaccurate false reviews. I say try them yourself. The only person that can make decisions for you.is you.

I got my keys cut there a week ago, gave the lady 2 keys to cut. She cut to of the same key which I realised when I got home. I bought back the faulty key and was greeted by a very helpful young guy who was apologetic for what happened but when he approached his boss (the lady who originally served me) she said very rudely I don't renber you, to which i showed her my receipt. Then she very reluctantly cut me a new key and told me next time i should bring both keys with me even though only one was wrong. The customer service at this place is disgusting and the part time employee had a better attitude than the boss. I will not be returning.
