I needed some High density Foam cut for inside a gift box - the staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother - I wold have no hesitation recommending this store.
Very attentive and polite service from the gentleman assisting me with my tiny foam purchase. It is refreshing to deal with someone who enjoys their job and enjoys serving customers, thankyou!
Terrible service. Sales staff is good but owner is the rudest person ever and has no courtesy. I just asked a simple question about mattress delivery and his attitude was very much like, "Take it or Leave it". Regular delivery was $75 and when I asked about wanting the delivery over the weekend, he added another $100 to $75 with a smirk. I was going to spend more than a $1,000 but that didn't matter to him. Didn't even have time to discuss my needs and I felt like dealing with a Robot who was spruiking a rate list. What a waste of my time. Ruined my entire day with his unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude. I gladly took my business across the road to Amart who listened to me and provided me what I needed and answered all my questions.
Hint for Owner: Not all decent looking customers are stupid. They just hate to make a scene and are too courteous to insist or argue. Try not to judge people by their looks. Being assertive is useful only when applied properly.
I bought inner foam lining for colourbond sheets from Clark Rubber in Cannington recently and over $150 for the lot. I bought 2 extra rolls as i presumed i could always return the extra, not used rolls, for a refund or store credit.
I took the extra unused rolls back and spoke to the cashier. The cashier then asked the owner for a refund. After the owner refused to refund the return, i asked if the refund could be given in store credit instead. The owner refused again and we got into a small argument.
After my embarrassing experience, i would not recommend this happening to anyone. BUYER BEWARE that if you buy something from Clark Rubber in Cannington, you are stuck with it. I would be careful buying those pools they advertise as well as it could be a headache returning them if anything happens.

The guy basically called me a liar when I asked about a simple question about a chlorine issue. It's not the first time he got grumpy. I think he is the owner. I will go to shop up the road

Had exactly what I wanted - a hard to get foam rubber section strip. Service staff were good and friendly. If you're a handyman it's worth looking around the selection of foam, rubber and plastic sections available. It could save a lot of time and pain.
The shop was empty and I know why! Terrible service, they lie about their product and rip you off. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS SHOP!
