Every time I walked into the store for the last 7 years, I have received excellent customer service from every staff in the store! Especially Craig was always prompt and very helpful. David (the owner) and Jack were very professional and polite when they installed the chlorinator that I bought from the store. I highly recommend this store!

A great place to look for almost anything related to rubber, sponge or plastic in package forms or custom cuts according to different needs.
The whole place looks very unique and professional for commercial or residential requirements.

I bought $2800 worth of items December from this store. Part of my purchase included a 18foot pool in which I have a 2+year warranty with. Today when I called to enquire about the warranty name transfer the Assitant Craig on the phone told me I only had 6months warranty. I gave my reciept info and box barcaode from original packaging, he proceeded to claim this is not sufficient and ild need original paper recipes for him to email there supplier than see what the warranty covers. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused. He was rude in his phone manner and i don't believe he was knowledgeable on the matter, wasn't able to further assist me and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I asked again to speak to the manager to which he said " no he's busy " than hung up on me. I will never buy anything from this store ever again and am disgusted in this level of service. I would highly recommend you stay clear of places like this that have staff that feel so comfortable treating customers like this. Disappointing is a understatement.
I will take my complaint to consumer protection if it is not resolved by tomorrow.

I needed some High Density Foam cut for inside a gift box - the staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother - I would have no hesitation recommending this store.
Two years later - making another gift box and needed more High Density Foam cut to a specific shape (bottle) - this time served by Camden who went over and above to ensure that I was able to get what I needed. Despite having another Clark Rubber store closer to me I will keep coming back to here

As a multi year customer at this store, today I found out what that business relationship meant and it wasn't even $4.00. Bought my spa water in today to be tested, the store was fairly busy but I didn't have to wait any longer than usual, then the "team member" had to empty the used water bucket, (hey it happens and no problems here). When the team member started to test my water he said it needs bromine and that's all I can test because I don't have any more chemicals. Ok use the spinny thing (computer analysis) I replied. " We don't use that for spa's because it costs $4.00. " Ok but it's Christmas eve c'mon man just use the spinny thing I said. " It costs $4.00 so we don't use it.
Ok, so the years of bromine, shock, acid, buffer, pipe cleaner, filter cleaner and various accessories wasn't worth a $4.00 test.

As the biggest Clark Rubber store in the state the stock range is huge. They have everything from pool care, mattress toppers, flooring, and lots of foam and rubber. The staff were knowledgeable about the different foams, and they cut it all to size for us which saved us the hassle.

I bought an Intex above ground pool from this store. The pool was fine however we can't purchase any filters for the water pump because they are not making them any more. They should not have been selling these pools if you can not get the spare parts for them.

Extremely bad service! Ordered and paid for a swimming pool in full on line. Was advised by the Cannington store that they had none available and there was one in the Jandakot store and I would have to pick it up there. I drove a 35 minute drive to Jandakot on the Wednesday only to be told by the store that they had sold the pool on the previous Monday. There was no communication to advise the pool was sold or the refund was processed. I had to demand they contact head office to process the refund while I was in the Jandakot store which they were reluctant to do. Very poor system for managing stock, very poor communication between stores and unhelpful staff that don’t care they have your money and in no rush to refund it. It’s been 9 days since I have paid and still no refund! If there was an option for zero start Clark rubber would warrant it!

Extremely poor customer service and delivery on service promises. Was assured an order for a pet mattress would be arranged and I would be contacted once product has arrived. Have followed up with contact phone calls to store three times over the course of a month and was advised follow up was being made and I would be contacted. No contact was made and still no confirmation on my order. Extremely disappointing that no employee has managed to follow through on their customer service promises.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The lady was very knowledgeable and very thoughtful. I have back problems and she was very kind by taking my purchases to my car. GO CLARK RUBBER

Visited this store to buy some foam for my chair, was served by Katrina, Excellent service and friendly attitude I believe she is a great asset to the store. A big Thank You Katrina

Poor customer service. I bought extra items and attempted to return the extra’s not needed, for a refund or store credit. I Spoke to the owner who was very rude and would not let me return these even though they are still in the factory packaging and still new. I said i’ll follow up with ACCC and the owner laughed, accepted it but still not issuing the credit for extra the items bought. The owner pointed me to a very small note on the front door that advised of no returns. The only thing was that no customer would see this as the door is over 2 m long but the note on the door is much smaller than an A5 paper with whats looked to be size 12 font. Also very appalling as the door is mostly open where customers would not see the note at all as the inside of the door, with the note, faced the checkout desk and not customers leaving the store: (

Poor service and from the owner.disappointed that you offer your customers this bad service and did not offer any remorse nor offering store credit! I will NOT shop at CLARK RUBBER CANNINGTON ever again!

Very poor service and overpriced shop. Bought a single foam mattress for $249. When I opened the plastic wrapper, it was smelly. Next day went for exchange. They say no exchange and refund. Really bad product and rude services. Don't recommend. If anyone buy, make sure cut the plastic at the shop first. Because you won't smell any thing with the wrapper. Really bad experience. Waste $249.

Really great place customer service is amazing went in to buy a new pool for my kids and got so much help and tips on how to set up and get started.overhaul great place and people definitely going back if I need anything else.

Poor costumer service, had a very impatient and unfriendly man serving us. Better advice expected when buying a pool for the first time, also with questions later on about maintaining it.
