Chemist Warehouse Gosnells

Waited 20 minutes just to get an over the counter item.
People with prescriptions were served even if they arrived after me. So I had to stand there and wait and wait for something that should have only taken 2 minutes max.
It should be first come.first served! Regardless if you have a prescription or not.
This is a big slap in the face as I have shopped here for years. I will find somewhere else to shop due to the piss poor customer service of this place!

Irresponsible, My daughter is only 20months old & I got the medicine which suits 12yrs & above. So parents- be careful & read the instructions before you leave the counter. Thanks

Very bad costumer service, wanted to buy a fragrance and asked for service and waited for 5 minute whilst 3 girls in the counter sitting doing nothing. I had to walk away

You’re not good guys. Once the situation of the virus started all chemists warehouse stopped to bring all types of sanitizers and masks.

Whilst this store has a wide range of products, getting a prescription is an absolute nightmare. The staff are slow and more focused on getting you to drop off your prescription and serving people who want to buy products from behind the counter. I watched today the prescriptions that were ready pile up whilst this was going on. They either need more staff or staff that are a bit more switched on! Will try another branch next time!

Thanks for asking for my driver's licence before you let me buy a specific product. I won't ever be coming to this Chemist Warehouse again now. I don't deserve to be profiled for geniunely needing temporary relief. Gonna stick with Bentley or the Cannington one on Liege Street, you can all get lost. Even Armadale treated me far more professionally buying the same medication several months ago.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff at the counter where you drop your scripts, she actually threw my script back at me and told me to go somewhere else, because I was there to drop it off so they could order it as it takes a few days she made it into a massive problem when it never has been before. Lady at the front counter of store was amazibg though.

Was helped out with purchasing a wrist support by young bloke, above and beyond a normal standard of service.which is awesome.

Sadly from the minute I walked in to 25 min I left I was targeted and constantly stalked down by there so called plain clothed security guard.it got to the point I asked if he wanted to hold my hand bag for me.

Just because I look rough in hi vis and work boots don’t make me a thief and customers deserve not to feel like they are in a prison.

Today I visited Chemist warehouse to take my medication I give the pharmacy my prescription and I waited around 1 hours all people behind me take medication quickly but my medication 1 Items I wait one hour.

Waited 45 Minutes for the lady to tell me they don't have my prescription in stock. Some people actually have things to do during the day, like a job? ! Im never going back not worth the "cheap price"

The parking is a problem and inside the store is so busy you can't get to look at the products.

Not recommended to go Gosnells branch. I love going to chemist warehouse, find their prices are competitive and their lowest price guarantee. I normally go to Cannington branch and have no issue with price matching when other places selling at lower price. However, it is not the case at Gosnells branch, with their "very strict" price match policy. I was being reasonable as the competitor has stock and I have shown the price to the staff online. I did not end up buying the items and definitely not going back there again.

If i could give 0 stars i would the security guard follows you everywhere you go even to till to

Very competitive prices. Extensive stock range and variety. Adequate off road parking available at Gosnells branch.

Worst shopping experience ever! They look at everyone like their a thief, then have one tinyy entrance for customers to exit and entry and deliberatley leave lollies at next to the counter for kids and then act like the kids are stealing. Never going back ever!

Why are they Sooooo slow? It was quicker for me to drive 20min each way to another pharmacy than wait there. I hate going to this store!

Staff are very friendly and the guy at the service desk was great but they need to get their act together at the prescriptions area. They can hardly speak english so it's not a good place for them to be working when costly mistakes can be made.

This is the best store I've been in so far it took 5 mins to get my script all the staff were so friendly and helpful when I was looking for other items.
Chemist warehouse should use this store as an example for other stores these guys are awesome
