I had decent customer service but witnessed a rude encounter next to me from someone in prescriptions.

Staff busy sticking shelves.too occupied to be too helpful. 1st time here so. Didn't have what their website said they had.

All medicines and cosmetics are available. Very good authentic products. Price little higher.

Terrible, terrible customer service, refused to acknowledge competitor pricing, wanted to waste my time calling a competitor to ”verify price” when the price was clearly visible on baby bunting website! Shop around people these guys are not the “cheapest chemist” and no, they don’t price match

Bought a product that was wrong size I returned it for
exchange but they wouldn't accept it because Box had Small tear. Will never shop here again

Just came from this store and the security guard helped me with all my perfumes and colognes that I was looking at, he went above and beyond his job. Very friendly and very helpful when and got the keys to open the perfume cabinets for me and everything he doesn't need to do that but he went above and beyond. Very friendly extremely helpful very happy with the service. He is a blessing to the store should be promoted.

I received really customer service today from staff. She was a small asian women who help myself get my babies medication

Get my medication there, I asked for antihistamine, when I was asked for the reason the young girl approached the lady chemist with a Aussie accent, and she replied why does SHE want them. First if all she is the mother cat, second of all I am a customer, and third if all it’s over the counter shut your mouth. She was so loud that every customer heard what she had to say, to the point I said no worries dispense my meds and I will go to another pharmacy for the other, I have never been humiliated in all my life she should be terminated.

Absolute Joke! Lady/Manager at the prescription desk stating “she doesn’t trust me and can’t sell me my prescription” wait for the medication was terrible will never being going to this gosnells store again! Worst customer service

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide range of products. Lately this place has been short of staff since Covid 19. Now I am not sure when this is going to end. It's absolutely pathetic all the time. Long wait in the queue either for the cash counter or the prescription counter.

In Perth, Every time I ask for a price match.they take ages to check it. Sometimes they also say plz call and confirm from the store manager. But, you have mentioned you do a price match, it’s your responsibility to call and confirm. We are already showing you the lower price details. Chk yourself. What’s the point customers coming to your store then? Just do not advertise we do price match if it’s such a pain for you!
Brisbane chemist warehouse store I never had these issues!

I was running to buy some hair dye because I didn't have enough to get good coverage. I took the opportunity to also return a product I had purchased a couple of days earlier. It was the Maybe Baby ovulation microscope and the light was not working. I'm guessing it was an issue with the bulb or battery.
The front staff were lovely and even mentioned that one had been returned recently, so obviously the product has an issue. When they called to get the return approved, the pharmacist wanted to come to the front to check the product so I patiently waited. Then the staff said she wanted to ask me some more questions so I followed her to the back of the store. She didn't look at me once or ask me any questions or even say a thing to me. She just went behind the counter on the bench looking at the product and left me standing there. All the while, I obviously have hair dye in my hair.bright purple so hard to miss. After a few minutes I tried to get her attention and say that I could show her whats wrong but I was intersepted by another staff member who said that she has to check the product because they can't just accept all returns. I advised her that I couldn't wait and that even if it was a battery issue, I wanted my money back because it was a brand new product and it wasn't doing what it was designed to do. She refused to listen to anything I had to say. In the end I had to leave without my refund and I didn't even bother getting my product off them as they simply refused to acknowledge what I was saying.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have been to this place before when customers were being agro to the staff and thought it was uncalled for. But after that experience, I can see why people may get upset.

Don't BOTHER! Rude unhelpful staff! And even ruder security guard.
Husband had an urgent script sent here to be filled out so I could pick it up one my way home. Get there. After a lengthy wait as normal for here. Sorry we are having system issues and can't get the script. Do you have it? No they sent it to you. Can you call them and get it resent. I thought you had system issues and can't access it so what good is having it resent AND they are shut!
By this stage I am visibly upset and distraught as these drugs are urgent. Staff didn't care at all! No offer to actually help. Just we might be able to get it tomorrow! Too bad I need it tonight. I left in tears stressed as I have no option but to take hubby to hospital now to get script from them. Security guard the abused me for yelling at his staff! They are uncaring and unhelpful! Be putting a formal complaint in tomorrow with head office!

Very disappointing experience today (29/04/22,8.50pm), the lady at the counter refused to sell when I requested to price match an item, she literally advised me that the store will close in 10 mins and she cant do it, when i insisted, she told me to go the pharmacy end and do it myself by asking another staff! Ironically there were no other customers behind me in the queue and she could easily do the transaction. I had no word to say but left the store in shock!

Very slow service, waiting n waiting last come people go informant when we asked, he was saying “are you accusing me “. Finally served in 30min or so…

Sadly this pharmacy has very poor customer service in person and on the phone. Was left on hold and unanswered on the phone for 20 minutes. This pharmacy has lost all my business

All the convenience of the giant chain store, with a pharmacy added on.
Great range of supplement products - some consistent, some ever-changing and only available as a limited supply.
Abundant range of perfumes and makeup ranges also.

9/4/21 @9am - very rude & unhelpful persons. I had doctors script, they are asking for CW yellow script. Possibly they don't have records available on their system? Inconvenience to customers.
12/4/21 @645pm - same persons working. Took a while to make him understand aspirin was over the counter medicine. I told him stickers were put on doctors prescription, and I don't have the yellow paper.
Avoid if you have other locations.

The only chemist warehouse we always feel comfortable, can stay as long as you need and compare products, price, and ask questions if needed. Thank you lovely staff for being helpful and friendly with Kids as well.

Been there twice. Collected online orders as well. The service is very quick and organisation of aisles is also great. Luckily got 1 parking spot vacant otherwise looks like all the shops in that market share the same parking bays.
