Central Park

Magnolia Florist to me as a Singaporean is affordable romance. Strolling on, the Vietnamese cafe was a pleasant experience-staff were eager to please and patient. The choice of rolls wide ranging and 6 flavours to choose from. I chose the peking duck with hoisin sauce and beef with chilli sauce. And the beauty salon there- Skin Deep offered good consultation. Affordable and had packages compared to some salons in the suburbs (joondalup) which were pricier especially considering the advanced and stronger procedures used here. Definitely worth considering as my regular and permanent beauty booster.

Love the outdoors and this is the place for yr lunch break or meeting someone situated right in metro perth surrounded by multiple restaurants coffees houses etc etc

There is a restaurants near by and a travel agent nearby as well near William Street of this location

There is a nice area out the front that has some grass and tree cover. It makes for a nice spot to have a picnic during the warmer weather. Precinct is starting to show some of its 25 years of age.

Decent building - nice park and precinct albeit dated. Building management put out picnic blankets and bean bags in summer which is fantastic. There is a decent array of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area and the lobby is well presented. Good functional area

Worked in Central Park at various times over the years and found building adequate depending on who you are working for. However, does not rate if you compare to the new BHP Tower over the road.
