Very professional, a little hard to find your way around to the car park due to very little signals but helpful staff have us directions

Centered in the business district of Perth, Western Australia stands a skyscraper of 51 floors that overlooks the ever growing Swan River plains we call Perth. Central Park is a masterpiece of engineering and construction with its tiered peak and outlook of windows. The view from the 36th floor is beyond belief as you can see Ascot Racecourse, Crown Casino, Optus Stadium and Matargarrup Bridge from the east side.
Unfortunately the associated car park located in the basement off St Georges Terrace, is very expensive and quite a squeeze to manage in a large SUV. The building is fully secured and requires a pass key to access the lifts and floors. A conference building is separate but joined by a enclosed walkway accessible to the passing public. Cafes and specialty shops line the thorough fare and a central stage hosts Friday night drinks and performances. The foyer is 5 star hotel and furnished in modern design. The lifts for floor sections are separated and form a 5 point star in the centre of the building. The elevators are quick and quiet, but can leave you a little floaty from the quick ascend. Easy access to Hay and Murray Street Malls makes this an ideal place for work, rest and play.

Really tall building, lots of levels, I work there which is a big draw card. If you time it right you can get a glimpse of me walking to and from the lift.

Great spot in the centre of town. Sit in the park for a breather, or for lunch. Catch up with freinds. Whatever your needs, CP can deliver. I've spent many an hour or half hour in its midst over the last 5 years. Makes a nice escape from the corporate world.

Very cleans and well presented. Wonderful atmosphere with picnic blankets and bean bags available to borrow to enjoy the sun and grass

Currently undergoing a refit in the lobby which seems to be taking ages. The building is great and in a great location. There is parking downstairs for public use but it is very expensive so best avoided.

Don't go near the place if you can help it, until they have finished the ground floor renovations. Incredibly irritating!

Wonderful place in the middle of the city construction going on right now so it's not the best. But a great place to relax and read a book or just listen to the birds.

Nice quiet place for people to enjoy lunch, especially if you're on work break it's not too far from the main food places however there does seem to be fairly constant construction which has lead to the area being far less peaceful.

Very convenient location. But what is even better about this place is the great culture and work ethics at Rio Tinto

Great building. The lifts are fantastic and quick. Keen to see the finished product once the works on ground are completed.

Perfect City in west australia combine with classic city and mofern city together as well and have many intersting place in this Capital city also.

It's a nice place to relax for a little bit in an inner city park but really needs to be more shelter to give it that park vibe

Good spot in the city centre and is usually crowded during lunch hours on a sunny day. There is live music on Fridays. Though a little small for a big crowd.

Great spot in the middle of the Perth CBD. Also a part of The Wesley Quarter, where there are quite a few images of this magical & quiet place. The gardens are stunning.

A little garden inside CBD, there is a lot of people sitting during lunch time. There are several restaurants surrounding. It's a good place for a rest in workday.

A few good options to get a coffee or beer - clean and tidy with well kept grounds including a raised lawn area in the open

Lots to see, good spot, coffees bars, good close by a great open area to watch the world go by as you enjoy these spots
