IF SOMETHING DOSE GO WRONG (WHICH IS VERY RARE) THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE.

We have used Capital for a few years and really like their service. We explored other options after a few years to see if there was anything better out on the market and found no other local courier companies could match the combination of pricing and service. Their staff are also rockstars and provide great customer service.

Capital Transport is my go to for courier services for my business. Each time I've booked a job they have been timely, the drivers have been friendly and the customer service team have been super easy to deal with. Definitely recommend to other local Perth businesses - these guys are always making my life easier and with really reasonable rates!

The picture says 1000 words driving along the main road with his load secured like this then attempted to reverse out of a one way entry nearly hitting me. When he undid the strap the whole load fell off. Obviously he knows nothing about chain of responsibility legislation.

The business switched to Capital in 2018 after some searching for an alternative supplier and a courtesy visit from one of their team members. The pricing was very competitive and the online features handy to book and track jobs. Since then, we have had great service with a variety of vehicle sizes and deadlines, and Capital are proactive and quick to resolve any issues that arise. We work closely with Alana, who is always attentive, effective and friendly, and is an asset to their business. Have and would continue to recommend Capital Transport.

I switched to using Capital in 2019 after having had some bad experiences with other Perth based courier services. I deal primarily with Mark and Rachel and find them very professional and efficient. Their turnaround times for urgent jobs is second to none and the drivers are also very professional. Highly recommended for customer service and excellent value for money.

I can honestly say Capital Transport is THE BEST courier/transport service I have ever come across! And I have dealt with many over the years. I use Capital for all our courier requirements, which often tend to be daily and even multiple times a day, and have done for a very long time, a highly dependable and reliable team who always deliver as promised. We switched to Capital following a run of issues with the courier company in place. Main reason - business ethics and integrity - making sure the driver was paid for the work he did, not the level of unprofessionalism within admin!

On Tuesday, 06/03/18 I had a scheduled delivery between 12noon and 6pm
I knew I would be home well by noon, but, unbelievably the two guys were running early and I was out at an appointment when they called to notify me.
I let them know I would definitely be home by 11: 30 and to PLEASE ensure they did not just drive off.
Upon arrival, the two guys; Jess and Craig were both out in the heat, having un-boxed my two (2) tallboys and were in the middle of putting the handles from the inside of the drawers to the outside.
I was ever-so grateful and impressed at their "can-do" attitude and believe they truly went the extra mile.
Both guys were very professional and friendly;
A trait that is seldom seen or experienced these days!

Ordered furniture with Super Amart. Received a sms saying my furniture would be delivered between. 12pm and 6pm and i would receive a call when they are 30mins away.

When inbetween moving house i receive a call at 10am! Saying they are at the other house waiting for me. No prior call saying they are on the way. Very rude driver and then gets pissed off that im not their for delivery.

Avoid these f.headss!

Our business uses Capital Transport on a regular basis. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and the service is very efficient.

I RESIGNED MY POSITION AS A CONTRACT DRIVER ON 2/3/16, REMOVED AND RETURNED THE TWO WAY AND PDA TO DAVE LEE AS ARRANGED ON TUESDAY 8/3/16. I WAS ASKED IF I WOULD DO SOME CASUAL WORK, TO WHICH I SAID I COULD BE AVAILABLE.i WAS CONTACTED AND ASKED IF I WOULD FILL IN AT RDA (ROTORS AND DISCS) IN WELSHPOOL ON THE 21/3/16, WHICH I DULY DID AND WAS PAID. HOWEVER I INCURRED A COMMUNICATIONS FEE ($40 +GST).
I CONTACTED THE FLEET MANAGER MR. DAVE LEE REGARDING THE OVER CHARGE, AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE ERROR WOULD BE CORRECTED. THAT WAS IN EARLY APRIL. I ALSO SPOKE TO DAVE AT THE SHOP WHEN WE BUMPED INTO EACH OTHER.
I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO DAVE LEE ON TUESDAY, 7/6/16. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WHICH STATED "NO PROBLEMS". I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CORRECT THE ERROR AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING.
