We are working as subcontractor with Capital transport from last six years. Extremely good management team and always just a phone call away for any kind of assistance. Gavin is leading the company to new heights and Gautam is also playing vital role in this journey.

Just received flight delayed bicycle boxes from Capital transport.
Very polite driver and excellent communication.
And all on a Saturday to rural WA, 400km from Perth.

Absolutely appalling company.

Drove as a subcontractor and became ill with COVID and as a result I lost my eyesight and could not drive for sometime. They thought it was okay to withhold money owed to me because of this. Disgusting company. Stay away from them!

Worked as a Sub contractor. Worst company I've ever worked with.

Terrible service! As a contractor they promise one thing then they deliver another. Their marketing is absolute click bait. They can change your contract without telling you and when you talk about this, they tell you lie that we talked to you on phone.

There are some animals inside the management because they don’t know how to talk.
Would not recommend to work with this type of dodgy company.

We started using Capital Transport from last four months and their service is absolutely amazing. The drivers are so professional and always on-time. Samantha will always go the extra mile for PERMAcast. She is professional and friendly at the same time and when I call the call centre it is always seamless. So glad we chose Capital Transport for our deliveries and pick-ups.

Our Koala couch was delivered through Capital Transport. We were given a delivery window of 10am to 2pm. From 1: 50 to 2: 15pm the tracking website showed the delivery truck was 5 mins around the corner. At 2: 20pm the delivery truck had driven 15 mins further way! I called the office to find out what was going on and was told that we were next on the delivery schedule and it would be another 30 mins away (almost one hour past the delivery window). At 2: 55pm the tracking showed the truck even further away at another stop! Another call to the office and was told that "a couple of jobs had been assigned to the driver" since
I called and there was now another two stops before our delivery. After making it known that this situation was unacceptable (I've been waiting for delivery since 10am) and that I could only accept the delivery within the next 40 mins, I was told that it would be escalated to the Fleet Manager. Couch finally delivered at 3: 30pm and when I told the driver I had been waiting since 10am he said "Oh thats when I picked up the couch for delivery". Beyond angry is an understatement.

Great service from the young driver. Unloaded slabs and bags of stone on a hot day with a smile! Great work.

Samantha at Capital helped to urgently organize two couriers when other well known courier companies could not, and she set up an account in very impressive time to help our company, and our own customers.
So far the courier service is amazing, and we have never been turned away or told too busy.

Sam earned our business around a priority job, the drivers we have dealt with have represented the company well and what were told about delivery is what happened and that has made us look good too!

We had something dropped off today from Jetstar and the delivery driver was so friendly and professional. Most of our delivery drivers are so grumpy, so this was a refreshing change! Thanks mate:)

Capital Transport are awesome to deal with and have been a pleasure to deal with in the 6 years i have used their services.
All the staff are amazing and Samantha and Hannah are always ready to jump out and go the extra mile for their clients.

Good customer service is rare nowadays especially in large companies so values like this will always keep me coming back.

Placed an order with Bunnings. Emailed them before hand if they are able to deliver to my shop at a specific time because it opens after 12 NOON. Bunnings replied that they could accommodate that delivery time frame.
On the order I specifically mentioned a 13: 00PM delivery time frame. They even put it on the parcel and highlighted it.

I get a missed call from the courier at 10: 41AM. I call them back on the work phone at 12: 15, the guy answers and says it's not his problem and he can't do anything about it. Tells me to contact Bunnings for a re-delivery.

Had it all sorted with Bunnings, delivery guy drops it off and thought it was amusing. CTS needs to train their delivery drivers to read high-lighted instructions.

After an issue arose around a failed delivery, Capital remedied the situation to our satisfaction. We have used Capital for 6 years and will continue to do so, thanks to Mark.

In a busy commercial environment, Capital Transport have made our lives so much easier. From their simple online booking forms to their helpful phone staff members, once you have booked with Capital you can rest assured everything in their power will be done to make sure your delivery is done in a timely and professional manner.

Particularly their service offering overnight (sometimes over the weekend) holding of materials for early morning (4am) deliveries to logistically tricky sites has made projects that could've been management nightmares as simple as can be. Highly recommend.
