Dirty, shelves disorganised, staff look like they would rather be anywhere else but there, no atmosphere. Just generally not a very nice place to be

Campbell's is a wholesale distributor of household goods. If you are a small business, here is the place you go to shop.
If you are an RAC card holder then as an individual you can shop here too.
It is open on Sundays bas well.

Wish there was no star to be given. Had a terrible experience today at the checkout. Very rude and useless people there to help the customers.

Ordered online over a week ago and everything I ordered was listed as in stock.
I called to receive an update on the order and offered to pick up the order if their delivery trucks were busy as it had not been delivered yet and I was assured that the delivery was coming in full on Friday 20/3/2020.
Received a call today to advise they could supply nothing that had been ordered and paid for as they have not kept on top of their stock levels?

The picking and packing team at Canningvale have terrible customer service and basically laugh at you that they have stuffed up and can not manage stock.

Horrible experience and service - I would be very wary of their online delivery. They take your money and order and if you don't chase them up, they never deliver it.

Huge warehouse stocking everything you could ever need and catering to businesses as well as the everyday man wanting to buy cartons or individual items.
Just a couple of warnings, check use by dates, especially on slow selling lines and check prices when buying individual items as the tickets display carton prices in bold and individual prices smaller. All good, you just have to be vigilant.

I love shopping here for my small business. Being able to buy in bulk locally really saves me money. The range and selection of goods here is fantastic so this is my one stop shop for all my business needs. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Good place to come buy bulk products. Some great savings in store. Really handy to be able to buy a carton of your favourite foods/drinks. Families will save on their groceries.

Always happy with the checkout staff and the way the reception deals with my orders. It’s easy to get an exchange or credit note. Also clear to navigate and items have good shelf life. I get things delivered and the packing team is always lovely and helpful. Perfect for small food businesses.

Nothing but trouble when ordering online, the whole point of online ordering is because some people don't have time to go down and pick the items out them selves, every time it's taken days to get back to me about my order and it's left on 'invoiced for almost an entire week, then I have to call them to find out whats going on. Never had this problem with the Balcatta store

The girl on reception is super lovely and helpful! So are all the other staff on the checkouts.

Wholesale! My Ass! Charged me $3.50 more than an item that I found out was being sold at Coles. I'm done!

Campbell's Canning Vale have a wonderful, friendly and helpful team.
They have a huge range and many local products to purchase.

I found the store clean and tidy, easy to navigate and the staff were friendly. Good savings too. Yes the store is ideally suited to deal with large corporations, but I felt that the service I received was spot on, and my expectations were exceeded!
