Terrible experience, never coming back. Customer service was very unpleasant and disrespectful and looked like staffs, especially the young female cashiers were discriminating against Asians. I came here many times before and every time received the same treatment. Never recommend this place.

Don’t understand why the sparkling san pelegrino water is $75 and in costco same identical is $27…. Love to hear reasoning?

0 stars. Absolutely shocking online and over the phone Customer service for a business order. What a mess. Consider spending some money on training your staff to speak nicely to customers, instead of like junk. Still waiting for order, mixed information and told they tried to deliver yesterday. We operate 24hours, so not sure if that's right. Phone call would have been nice.

Staff friendly, stock non existent on what we went in for which is frustrating.maybe phone them before going out there to check they have stock.

Good place to buy bulk food for the home or catering, with lots of parking. Easy to find products.

Good place. Good layout. Prices are good for most things. Some things are more worth buying in Coles or Woolworth as prices are cheaper there.

Visit Campbells regular but the visit on Friday was disappointing
Was looking for catering pack of Glad Wrap 45 x 600 there was only one on shelf spoke to a gentleman who was working on the floor but could not and didn’t want to help me and he end up just walking off
I kept looking and found boxes on a pallet up the top
Went to find someone and a young guy came out of meat room and said what I wanted and he was only to happy to help me which I appreciated
Just find some of floor staff very uncooperative

Unsure it's a lot cheaper for bulk quantity, but there's certainly everything and anything you could buy to start a retail business.

Very sad place. 90% of Staff are rude. No management onsite. Very large amounts of improvements are required here. Staff seem so relax, which result in the following: Swearing, No care for the WA State Mask Rules, Damaged items over the floor and let's not talk about the Invoice/payment system!

Eftpos machines down - you need to advise customers as they come through the door your Eftpos is down! Not wait until customers have done an entire shop of goods only to be told at the checkout that theres no Eftpos & you need to pay cash! Businesses cannot pay cash. You are legally required to do a Manual Transaction for payment! Not tell a customer to drive to Market city to get cash out somewhere.

Absolutely brilliant for all your bulk food and assorted needs. You can bulk boxes and cartons of goods.

This store has an absolutely amazing employee by the name of Katie (storeperson), she was an absolute charm and assisted me with everything i was looking for. She is very professional and has amazing customer service. I am very grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend she trains new people to become like her and treat customers the same way. Unfortunately not all staff treat customers the same way.

They never have stock. Food handling gloves, salt, take away boxes, dairy products, cleaning chemicals. NOTHING.it’s a shame every other supplier has access to these items and they are easy to order.

Good deals just need to check prices and compare. Some stock is low however understandable. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Disappointed that a lot of products which was held with IGA is now not being held, otherwise staff very helpful and was a happy shopping experience Tuesday 28/07/20.
