46Served me and took money then went back to cooking instead of maki g me coffee. Had to wait 15mins before they came back to do coffee.
Real taste of Singapore food like nasi lemak, chai tow kuay, curry chicken, laksa and kway chap. High recommended to those who long for genuine hawker food.
Tucked in a corner. Just off the freeway. Easy parking. Delicious Singapore hawker food and western food too!
Laksa was 10/10
Takeaway carrot cake and that too was delicious!
The Fried Radish Cake? *chef's kiss* A Singaporean knows what a good fried radish cake is, and they nailed it. I sustained 3 mozzie bites while waiting for my food and I'm telling y'all, I will gladly sustain 3 more mozzie bites every time for their fried radish cake.
$18.80 for this, could of at least been two of them like the picture in the delivery app suggests.
Arrived at 3: 05, the Cafe was already closed and locked! Not sure why they put 3: 30 pm as closing time if they close at 3 pm!
Their caramel slice isn't that nice or peppermint slice it needs more peppermint flavour less condense mixture the caramel needs to taste like a caramel slice but very blended havnt tried other foods yet except the sausage roll that is amazing flavour
Have being driving pass this Cafe, finally today decided to give it a try. I ordered their Singapore Laksa, fried carrot cake (black), fried carrot cake (white) and fried chicken wings. Their food is awesome and it bring back the memories of the food in Singapore hawker centre. Owner thinking of extending their operation hours on Saturday, it will be a great news. Cheers
Best authentic home cook food in this cafe. Advanced booking is advisable. Staff are helpful and friendly.
What a nice little cafe friendly service spacious easy parking and they even cater for vegans and vegetarians well done guys keep up the great service
Went here last week to get an ice-coffee. New ownership. Good iced coffee. Staff friendly. Place seemed clean and welcoming
Was ignored for 15 minutes, I only have a break for that amount of time. Only 3 other people in front of me, so it wasn’t that busy. Staff didn’t care, rushed me to pay for a can of coke and a snickers because that’s all I had the time for. Stay away.
The staff was unfriendly.we had simply parked our car in front of the store with intentions of returning to the Cafe for lunch after the home open. However, we were yelled at by the owner to move. Will never dine here, and would give 0 stars if possible.
Unfortunately, didn't get to dine there as they were closing an hour earlier than the advertised time however the lady was friendly.
Unfriendly staff that chased us away when we were about to dine at their Cafe. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
Not impressed at all. It's a nice looking place inside, but the quality of food was terrible. I ordered the chorizo quesadilla which was literally a few slices of sausage meat with what seemed like mustard? In a toasted wrap. It was served with half a plate of cabbage swimming in mayo. The coffee was barely ok, but the cups are massive, which a good barista can tell you is not the best way to serve a long black. The service was awkward, without eye contact, and my plate was thumped on to my table with cutlery, then a serviette dropped off a few minutes later without a word. Not a comfortable feel. It was like eating cheap cafeteria food in a nice cafe dining room, with the prices somewhere in the middle. The photos online are nothing like the reality at all.
The people are always polite and friendly. They deserve more patronage. Coffee good and food ok
Friendly and spacious with good food and coffee but i wish they had chairs with better support for your back.
Attended with some regularity for a period of years, primarily due to proximity. The service is decidedly average and food is often cold and or over/undercooked. Have had experiences here where we were actually declined access to their “menu” and instead they insisted upon offering other food (pies, sausage rolls etc.), without any valid explanation, indeed I’ve only seen people actually eat food here a handful of times, part of me expects their whole menu or at least parts of it are a total farce. Cleanliness is also not of the highest priority, nor anything beyond a truly superficial level of customer service. A further note is a lack of advertised pricing and an extreme variance in cost charged, what costs you 18 dollars one day can very well be 21 the next, with absolutely no explanation. The only redeeming factor is the -decent at very best - coffees, and with a platitude of better options in the area, at more reasonable prices, I can no longer justify my own patronage of this very average establishment.
The menu was quite different to the online one. The food took awhile to come out and came out one by one for our group with more than 20mins in between the first and last dish. The food was quite average. You could see behind the counter where food and drinks were prepped and it was very messy.
