Awesome hang out that where more than helpful with myself being celiac and could cater for. Highly recommend. Plan to revisit for the bar

Coffee was nice, food was good, service was great and staff helpful and pleasant. Ambience was ok. Seating was terrible. Tall bar stoolsand tables with just one low table that had sofa style chairs that were too low for the table and too straight backed to actually be comfortable. The furniture just doesn't come together ergonomically. Everything else deserves 5 stars.

Love their special messages on the coffee cups. Lights up my day. The staff is always friendly and their food is bomb.

Both times I have ordered a single takeaway coffee it has taken 20+ minutes, despite ordering before the rush. Had a good breakfast here but again I didn't recieve my coffee until well after breakfast and it wasn't busy at all.

Lacking customer service no communication what so ever. We didn’t get offered a menu and no one took our order.food was yum though

Good eggs bene, lovely coffee and great atmosphere. Could have toasted the gluten free bread a wee bit more, but that's personal preference

Had dinner here with 8 friends tonight, food was amazing as usual apart from one meal which was inedible and another meal came out after all of us had finished, so service was disappointing. Music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk had to ask multiple times to turn it down

Great ambience and food. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Some tables are too close to the counter which hinders movement.

Came for dinner with my friend on a Friday night, music was great as well as the atmosphere as a whole. Mostly, the customer service from the lovely young lady Shudie serving at the bar. She accommodated a comfortable environment and Cleary has had extensive practice behind the bar. Would recommend this place to friends, family or really anyone at all! This is mostly due to the service I received from the lovely girl.:)

Friendly staff, very nice food, had to wait a bit long for it but I know only one person was working in the kitchen at the time.

We used to go hear for breakfast but the nightclub music is consistent even after we asked to turn it down.only swing passed for a coffee now as on the way to the station.

Nice venue! Food although, not as chappy.had to wait for a bit, some ingredients were missing and my dish was quite dry. Im sure theres heaps of room for improvement

Went to Cafe Royal Today, got some lovely service from the 2 ladies on, only to come home to Mouldy Apple pie and a very disappointing phone call to one of the staff. Her excuse being "iv sold plenty of this today and no one's complained". She was no help in trying to resolve my problem and not apologetic in the slightest. (I wanted to call and give them a chance to do the right thing with a good attitude before I posted here, but obviously that didnt go well)

Just beware next time you eat here, please check your food! Most people wouldn't have even noticed while eating it as it was all on the bottom of the pie. A food violation should be taken seriously and it wasn't.

UPDATE: recieved a call from the manager who took it seriously and was very apologetic, GREAT service from her end.

Great little cafe, great food and coffee. Unfortunately the staff were a little rude on the day we visited.

This is my all time favourite meeting place - great coffee, cocktails, food and service every single time. They are so friendly and accommodating and I love all their healthy/vegetarian food options! Thanks for always brightening my day ️

Had iced coffee in a hot afternoon. It was really good. There is live music and ambience is fantastic. Service is cheerful and friendly. Will go back for more drinks n some food.

Good food, their specials list always has a bit more flavour than their nornal menu which is classics like eggs benny and big breakfast e.t. C, coffee is very good, hospitality is great and vibe is relaxed and friendly

Great bar, cafe, restaurant just a few meters from the station. Friendly, happy staff. Enjoyed a couple of cold beers while waiting for my wife to finish shopping.

Salad had old rotting lettuce. Wrap was bland and had next to nothing in it. Very dissapointing.
