Cable Beach Caravan Park

This is by far the nicest, clean and friendly caravan park we have stayed in, didn't book and we were lucky they could assist us. Very thankful for their service. It was so good to see so many happy families out and about.

Great park lot's of space well laid out good location Great coffee shop right on Cable Beach it was a 500 metre walk from our camp-site but it's a huge park

Pros: location near Cable Beach, excellent shade cover, friendly staff.

Cons: wifi does not reach the park, only the office area. Kitchen was not completely usable as it was never cleaned in the few days we were there.

Spent one week at that caravan park, near the pool, had a great time and really enjoyed the massive pool (very refreshing).
The amenities near the pool are probably the best with high ceiling and fans. There could be more soaps and hand dryers.
The café at park entrance is very helpful: quiches and wraps are yummy

What an awesome place to stay. The lady at the front office couldn't do enough to help and our unit was so clean and cool as the aircon had already been turned on for us. We both highly recommend this Park.

It was a beautiful stay, beautiful customer service.
Gorgeous pool for thr kids and a little play ground, stayed at powered site. Wasn't expensive either

Very nice caravan park we had nice shaded sites and was only 10 minute walk to the very beautiful Cable Beach.

A lot of shady sites. Huge park but even when busy it didn't seem too crowded. Beautiful pool. Great location.

When we checked In the ladies we spoke to couldn't NOT have been nicer. They were soooo helpful and made sure we had a shaded spot.
We booked for 1 night but liked it so much we extended for 2 more days.
Unfortunately on our second day we encountered a sour old lady who worked on reception called Margaret with severe attitude.
Beware of Margaret. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered and an absolute dragon.
When we went to reception the first thing she said to us was "what's your problem" at that point we knew she was looking for an argument. We asked if our friend could stay with us on our spot.we asked if we could be put in a shady spot to which she replied "you shouldn't be spending all your time inside. You should be at the beach" Which was completely irrelevant.
We saw she was getting annoyed so we said to her if it made it easier for her should our friend book their own spot. To which she replied "look. I've told you what I can do. Im not speaking to you anymore" and walked away.
From the second we spoke to her she was aggressive, patronising, belittling and a misery.
She had absolutely no respect or customer service skills. I can't fathom how rude she was but I am certain someone like her should not be greeting customers on a daily basis. She HATES backpackers and will do all she can in her power to stop them from staying there.

ABSOLUTLY the best caravan park.
Pool is gorgeous like in a resort.
The sites were huge and shady.
Very quiet park considering 500 sites. And most are full.
The ladies at reception. We’re very helpful considerate. And made sure we were happy with our site.

Great place to stay. Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Nice big sites with lots of shade. Lovely airconed cafe too.

No wifi like it's advertised only by office reception lady bit rude when complained about wifi not available around park like advertised and not near the beach and a bit expensive 55 night most I've paid any were between Adelaide Darwin and halls creek not worth the money never again

Such a big caravan park reception staff are so friendly happy helpful makes you feel like they want you to stay. Clean amenities short walk to beach for the sunset.

Four of us enjoyed morning tea at Millies cafe at Cable beach caravan park. It is very popular, we had delicious milk shakes with scones, jam & cream. Yeah we know it doesn't help the waistline but we are on holidays.

We love this park but on this visit we lost tv reception every night. Paying good prices this is nit acceptable. Very disappounted

Put in a site opposite camp kitchen. So noisy and busy with a lot if euro travellers. 1st night they were in there till 3am. Why not put all these guys together around the kitchen area.

Very noisy, park needs shut power to camp kitchen after 10pm. Maybe warn/evict people if they have regard for 10pm quite time for the benefit of all other guests.

Caravan park setting is stunning - especially the pool and the general set up - unfortunately, the staff here made the experience intolerable and made us feel uncomfortable.
We were told we only paid for one night, even though our receipt showed we’d paid for a two night stay, the staff then became incredibly aggressive to the point where the receipt was physically ripped out of our hands and torn in half by one team member.
The issue was begrudgingly resolved, but the staff were unfriendly and did not demonstrate an inch of customer service, instead all ganging up on us and making us feel like we were in the wrong.
Such a shame as it’s a great resort, but overpriced, with better places to stay in Broome for cheaper (as we found out after leaving this caravan park) and friendlier staff.
