Cable Beach Caravan Park

Great caravan park, staff we friendly and helpful. Good location to Cable Beach. Large shady sites. Nice pool to cool off in. Would definitely stay here again.

A good place to stay. Big caravan site, good and clean toilet and showers, and the pool is big.

Extremely shady park which is why we come. Very nice pool and other facilities but playground is small, run down and is not usable for young children. As a result we left the park for much of the day. The team here are always very professional and friendly.

Pretty disappointing experience at cable beach caravan park to say the least.

Charged $70 per night for a "powered" site. Patch of dirt in front of the maintenance shed with no power or water to be found. After talking to reception thinking they'd over charged us, it became instantly apparent they'd hidden the power and water on the side of the shed out of sight. Wouldn't have been a problem if they had let us know at check in lol

Not one to leave bad reviews but after the "ohhh yeahhhh sorry" from reception and being ushered out the door, I thought it was worth my time.

Just went in to visit friends in the park. The place is massive. Goes on forever. Very nice hardly used pool. However it is unseasonally cold we are told.

Wow. Lots of sites (500) and lots of people (we were in peek week), but it was great! Fabulous service from the ladies. Short walk to beach, tavern, shop and cafes

Great customer service. The ladies in that office are outstanding. Welcoming, friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent location. Clean facilities. Good pool. Well kept even sites. Shady. Noisy at front of park but quiet at back. Pool in the middle. Great cafe in Reception.

A wonderful park with a great staff! Margie, Tara, Ash and Debbra at reception were all superbly friendly, offering tourist advice that might beat that of a visitor centre! We stayed a number of times whilst exploring the Dampier Peninsula. Facilities were clean, pool was large and inviting. Would highly recommend.

Awesome caravan park close to town. Bus stop just out the front which takes you on a loop through town. Can also walk to the beach.

Great park. HUGE. Well spaced out, not on top of each other, shady. Staff are lovely, pool is great, cafe has great food. Totally recommend.

Nice enough place for the first weeks, now toilets have not been cleaned for 4 days. Told reception this morning, so someone sweeped everything outside and restocked. But not cleaned. Same happened last week.
Shame would rate higher as the park is nice. But not cleaning is a big no no.
EDIT: After 6 days without cleaning, they closed half the toilets.

Stay was pleasant. Sites good size & plenty of shade. Facilities nice & clean.
Only one pool, which was a cut lunch & water bag from us, so can't comment on that other than to say go to the beach, it's beautiful.
Had no issues at beach or caravan pk. Great location. Staff excellent at office.

Not sure how this park can lay claim to using the word “beach”. Once out of the gate it is approximately 1km in either direction to access the beach. The resort across the road with the beach frontage does not allow access. It is now clear why we see so many bikes and motor scooters in this park.
The prices charged here are premium.

Lovely positioned but very large park very close to the beach. Incredible pool and lovely staff.

Was here for work for 6 weeks overrated and overpriced.toilets every time i went there were either shut for cleaning or they were dirty.we were put next to couples who were staying for 3 months who made our lives a misery.they thought they owned the park.walked into our caravan awning all the time and parked so close to us we couldn't gt our toilet cassette out. The resort needs to look after other clients as well as these grey nomads. On a positive side front of house staff great

Stayed for one night, reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the highlight was by far the breakfast at the cafe. Reasonable price and perfect scrambled eggs!

Ablution blocks clean but dated, cafe clean and friendly, NO wifi throughout the park, only in Cafe. Pool clean, lots of shaded bays. Security was great no problems during our stay. Short walk to Cable beach.

Very overrated caravan park. Amenities old and dirty need up grade. Pot holes galore.
Having to wade ankle deep through water and mud to get to bins.
Would not recommend this park to anyone.
