We rented a Toyota 4 Wheel Drive RAV4 from Rentacar of Busselton and South West for 10 days during our Christmas trip to the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort in December 2019. There was no hassel in my advanced booking, the use of the car and the returning.

Andy owns the business. We arranged to have Andy pick us up at the airport in Perth. He took us to his home in Bosselton and from there we drove to Pullman resort.

While we were at his home on the way to Pullman resort, he showed us his homestead and the property. He pointed out the beautiful surrounding and the names of the large trees around. We were given a demonstration how to get the large avocado seed to germinate in a plastic cup of water with 4 toothpicks stuck to it and letting it to stand. The roots and the shoot sprouted in time. Wow quite a sight.

Andy conducted his business well, providing good service, good vehicle and also add a spice of human touch and relationship to his business. Congratulations.

Very happy to use them again, Andy dropped my vehical off to be fixed and left hire car for us to keep going on to appointment, which saved us so much time. Thanks for your help with less stress for us.

We received a welcomed complimentary upgrade, the car was in immaculate condition. Check-in was quick and painless. When our plan changed mid booking Andy was only to happy to accommodate us.

Andy is a legend! We spent a few days down in the south west and had far greater service than any of the company's. Super friendly and accommodating and they looked after us like we were family! Had a great time on a couple of his stand up paddle boards and the car we got was immaculate. Anyone who is ever in need of anything down there this is the place to go. Plus their dog (denver i think) is going to make your experience down there A+.
