Busselton & South West Rent a Car

This is the second time we have hired a car from Andy. His customer service is exceptional, and his prices are beyond reasonable!

It was a pleasure to rent a car from Andy - the personal touch compared to the large companies was much appreciated. Our intended car wasn’t available on the first day so Andy gave us an alternative car then came and swapped out the cars even though we had left Busselton with no hassle to us. He also gave us a generous mileage per day allowance to make sure we could go as far as Esperance and back without worrying about excess mileage penalties. Easy drop off process and no credit card deposit needed to be left. I would definitely use Andy’s company again if I travel WA in the future.

I didn’t want to rent a car just wanted some information on the rooftop tents these guys use and Andy took half an hour out of his day to talk to me on the phone about it and send me photos. Customer service was 10/10 and I wasn’t even spending any money with him. Thanks a lot Andy I’ll be sure to let people know to come see you if they need a car in the southwest!

From the moment i spoke to Andy on the phone i knew i had rung the right company. I have been to a lot of places in Australia and hired many cars but none were as good as Andy's company, absolutely second to none. Andy went out of his way to get me what i wanted, when i wanted it and i could not have been happier. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Our car broke down on a trip down south and Andy was the only car rental place to answer our calls and gave us a car to use at 8pm on a Saturday. Andy went above and beyond - brilliant service!

Andy went above and beyond to provide a vehicle while I was in Busselton for work. He was short of cars but rented me the minibus which was great. He dropped it at the airport, how convenient is that!
Nothing is too much trouble and he is a top bloke.

My experience communicating with Andy and using Busselton South west car rentals as a service, has been nothing short of incredible. If there were more people like Andy in the world acting as he does, especially within business, the world would be a much better place to be. I recently moved from the east coast to the south west which has been a massive transition for myself and family. The way Andy has helped me out has resembled the actions of a close friend rather than a stranger handing over some keys. One day he picked me up and drove me to his office to collect the car and on returning it he also drove me home. The one time he could not accomodate me for a last minute request he walked me though all the other companies close by that could help, the rates they would charge and the likely hood they would be able to accomodate me. Incidentally, when i rang those other companies on that particular day none of them answered. Even more evidence if your in the south west, Busselton & South West Rent a Car should be your first choice every time. Where do we start.
We broke down on Bussell highway with 3 kids a car full of suit case and baby gear. Gave Andy a ring and with no hesitation he dropped everything he was doing to pick us up. Andy made the situation we were in less stressful and looked after us above and beyond with the car hire. We highly recommend Andy from rent a car Busselton and South West.

Had a wonderful experience with Busselton Rent a Car and Andy. They offer a pick-up service which is perfect as I didn't have to worry about how I would get down to the rental location. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use their services if I went to Busselton again.
