Absolutely ridiculous
Normally great service. Our visit late yesterday 7.00pm was different.
We wanted a particular product and at the help desk they wanted product and item numbers! Then a flow of excuses about all the products they have blah blah.
Then the look on my face must have sparked something and she actually looked on the computer and then gave me a product about 4 times the price of the one they never had in stock. It seemed to us they only want to take your money and give no service, to busy chatting and totally disinterested.
A one off I hope but I think customer service is almost non existent these days.
Probably the worst stocked and organised, missing items and things in the wrong place, bunnings I have ever been to. Staff are the most unhelpful I have met. Too busy having their morning chat.
Terrible.
Understaffed, billions of dollars profit and customers have to stand around waiting. Young kid still half asleep. Shame shame shame on bunnings
Don't hire a car from here. To drop a car back it took them 45 mins to try to charge the fees and km. As they did not know how to work the system. After that they had to call the hire vehicle company. That was no use. We had to tell them in the end just charge the a out owed. It was a shambles
Worst burnings ever!
Went to buy a generator, unfortunately was only available in this store, I needed to know how many Amp it could give, asked I man he was working in the tolls department his name was (Garry) he said he doesn’t know any thing, I asked him if anyone could help me? He said no one know I need to go and make online searching.when I tried to leave I asked the lady in the front she told me I need to speak to the same person that I already spoke to (Garry) he knows that!
I told her what he said she was like what?
Then she called some girls to help me out and they helped me to buy the right one which is cost me $1200.
Never come back to this place.
Unfortunately this, my local store has declined as far as service and quality.
The last two times I visited, It was obvious that there was a shortage of staff. I left the garden department disappointed, as nearly all the herds, and many of the smaller plants dehydrated. There were pot plants tipped on there sides, pallets and stacks of trolleys blocking walkways. This was mid morning, Saturday, big double gates were closed, and no staff anywhere when I had some questions.
Being in the service industry, I understand that sometimes we drop our guard, so giving them the benefit of doubt, called in to get some
1/4” x 1” unc stainless steel bolts, these were unavailable, which is ok so I went back to the garden department, only to find pallets everywhere, shelves empty and generally untidy
And two staff members sitting at the cafe bar having coffee at 8.30.
Went to checkout at 9, same again, understaffed with no checkout operating, apart from two people at the returns desk. With 4 people waiting, one staff member left, 2 customers left the goods on the counter and walked out, and I waited 7 minutes to pay for my goods.
The staff have always been friendly, just too few of them.
Back to Malaga for me.
Not much help to a tradesman half way through welding pipes and running out of oxy/acetylene.
Instead of a quick bottle swap over I’m turned away because I don’t have the original bottle deposit receipt. Was never told about this when I first signed up 3-4 years ago and have done regular bottle swaps no problem. No trades have time to go back home and dig through receipts.
If paying with cash no checkouts open but one person standing doing nothing service is what makes a business better than others bunning's should try it
Customer service was very low at information desk. They did not have capacity to cut all the keys, and did not mention it, so only 1/2 of the job was done. Their attitude, it is not oir problem.
Great service in the isles.
Went to the paint shop today and waited for 10 minutes while the guy served 1 customer. Walked past us a couple of times and said nothing. I went to the front counter and asked if someone could help us and the response was they were all very busy. 4 people at the desk and another 2 people standing in the aisle didn’t look very busy to me. Very poor service Bunnings. We walked out.
Half the shelves were empty of what I went for and they only had stock of the expensive items and not the cheap ones I was after. I had to pay for a more expensive item as it was urgent. I'll be trying a different bunnings next time
Usually bunning have a good range of products, this one seems to carry a limited range. Also staff levels seem low also, took me 5 minutes to find a staff member to help. We all know what bunnings are and they are pretty good but found that just popping in to quickly grab my required items. Turned into a much longer exercise than I wanted 1.2 hours, I should have driven the extra 10 mins to Joondalup.
One of newest Bunnings Centers in the north. Big enough to have all sections. My preferred one for anything home and DIY
Yep customer service great, cut some keys, opps -bit wrong, but thay sorted, and at no extra cost, so I'm happy.
Decent selection of plants here, I find the thing that separates a good and bad bunnings is the plant section. This one is good
Love Bunningz only negative I have is staff that work there aren't specialised for the dealpartmenr, I normally have no problem staff are very much specialised but I went into the tool department asking for a tool she looked at me funny asked the other guy he looked stupid to she did something on her till then said sorry, so I looked the tool up on bunnings Web site saw what if looked like and found it myself.
There's a very good range of stock, plants+anything else you can possibly want at Bunnings+this one even had a sausage sizzle. Breakfast was yum
Upon arriving, extremely easy to find, signage is large and clearly visible from multiple directions. Huge carpark with the trade drive in/out service easy to find. The store was clean, easy to navigate with staff available for assistance whenever required. Highly recommend.
Definitely not the cheapest place to buy your goods, but they sure do have everything. More specifically Wangara is a large store with great knowledgeable staff.
