Bunnings Wangara

I have been to the paint shop a few times and I have had the pleasure of dealing with an older gentleman Peter a few times now. He has given me amazing advise and he hasn't tried to force sales onto me like other places. He is also very knowledgeable and I would be happy if all the staff could be more like Peter.

The staff here have excellent customer service skills and are experts in their departments! Keep up the great work!

Definitely not the cheapest place to buy your goods, but they sure do have everything. More specifically Wangara is a large store with great knowledgeable staff.

Love how this Bunnings warehouse is set out like my local Mindarie. Easy to find what I was needing without having to ask.

You get what you want. Helpful and knowledgeable staff helps you make your purchase easy. Staff ppl are always there to guide and make you buy right things. Their knowledge makes your purchase easy.

A fantastic Bunnings. It looks like they have updated the store shelving recently, as the stock was very well presented and easy to find. A very good range of products here. We received a friendly welcome at the door.

Don't hire a car from here. To drop a car back it took them 45 mins to try to charge the fees and km. As they did not know how to work the system. After that they had to call the hire vehicle company. That was no use. We had to tell them in the end just charge the a out owed. It was a shambles

Better than Ellenbrook. Self-serve checkout is always open plus a manned checkout. I never have to line up.

Worst burnings ever!

Went to buy a generator, unfortunately was only available in this store, I needed to know how many Amp it could give, asked I man he was working in the tolls department his name was (Garry) he said he doesn’t know any thing, I asked him if anyone could help me? He said no one know I need to go and make online searching.when I tried to leave I asked the lady in the front she told me I need to speak to the same person that I already spoke to (Garry) he knows that!
I told her what he said she was like what?
Then she called some girls to help me out and they helped me to buy the right one which is cost me $1200.

Never come back to this place.

Very helpful staff & not too busy. Prefer here rather than my closer Bunnings in Joondalup.

Half the shelves were empty of what I went for and they only had stock of the expensive items and not the cheap ones I was after. I had to pay for a more expensive item as it was urgent. I'll be trying a different bunnings next time

Clean store has most stuff in stock not like my local store, which is about a two minute drive away.

I recommend looking up the items you want online so you can make a note of the aisle numbers unless you're trying to get your step count up

Heaps of parking covid-19 conscious everything I needed had sold out. Very friendly staff and quite willing to find the stock at other stores for me.

Unfortunately this, my local store has declined as far as service and quality.
The last two times I visited, It was obvious that there was a shortage of staff. I left the garden department disappointed, as nearly all the herds, and many of the smaller plants dehydrated. There were pot plants tipped on there sides, pallets and stacks of trolleys blocking walkways. This was mid morning, Saturday, big double gates were closed, and no staff anywhere when I had some questions.
Being in the service industry, I understand that sometimes we drop our guard, so giving them the benefit of doubt, called in to get some
1/4” x 1” unc stainless steel bolts, these were unavailable, which is ok so I went back to the garden department, only to find pallets everywhere, shelves empty and generally untidy
And two staff members sitting at the cafe bar having coffee at 8.30.
Went to checkout at 9, same again, understaffed with no checkout operating, apart from two people at the returns desk. With 4 people waiting, one staff member left, 2 customers left the goods on the counter and walked out, and I waited 7 minutes to pay for my goods.
The staff have always been friendly, just too few of them.
Back to Malaga for me.

Usually bunning have a good range of products, this one seems to carry a limited range. Also staff levels seem low also, took me 5 minutes to find a staff member to help. We all know what bunnings are and they are pretty good but found that just popping in to quickly grab my required items. Turned into a much longer exercise than I wanted 1.2 hours, I should have driven the extra 10 mins to Joondalup.

Bunnings has always got what you need and if it's not there you can always find something else that can do the same thing (or build it yourself)

Excellent assistant eager to help and very knowledgeable. Find this location staff are so much better than my closest stores Clarkson and Joondalup

Visited the store a couple of times and without a doubt it's the best bunning store in perth, staff are more friendlier and helpful. Kids play area makes it fun for the whole family

Not a bad place, all of the staff are very friendly and then it only takes that one person who can do with a bit of an attitude adjustment but over all still very happy with that Bunnings
