Bunn Mee

I ordered the spring roll noodle salad and my friend had the beef noodle salad. I enjoy this place every time I come. My only complaint would be that they need umbrellas over their outdoor seating to allow people to use it when it’s hot.

Super tasty and affordable Vietnamese food. The Banh mi's are so fresh and the staff are great. Would recommend!

Best tasting banh mi in Perth. Still taste good when toasted next day. Not as expensive as the ones in the city but must have if you are in Leederville. Would highly recommend to friends visiting Perth

I came here because I was craving bahn mi like I had in Hoi An. I was not disappointed. Every time I come here the staff are lovely and the food is fresh and delicious.

Good service, go early for best choices, ran out of pork belly.had signature bunn mee, fresh and tasty.

Delicious vegan tofu salad, so tasty and so filling! Cute little spot but not a lot of seating so you may have to wait for a table. It's worth the wait though!

The Bahn Mi is really well balanced, with a fresh French roll. Vietnamese ice coffee pairs well too!

Passed by this place several times & it's always packed. We finally took the plunge & visited yesterday. It was still packed despite it being almost 2 pm on a weekday.

The signature banh mi is among the top few we've ever tried in Perth. The bun bo hue had so much meat it was really value for money. I'm still dreaming of the broth now. The pork chop in the com tam had really good flavour & we love how nicely charred it was. Definitely will return to try other items on the menu.

Just had a Lemon grass beef Banh Mee. ABSOLUTELY the BEST!

Incredible vietnamese street food some of the best noodles I have had in Perth. Was happily surprised it is ruined by ex masterchef contestant Jenny Lam who clearly knows how to make great food. I'm looking forward to trying the banh mi with some vitamenese coffee

Amazing service, and the FOOD! Authentic Vietnamese, will definitely be back. Small place, and limited seating, but just let the staff know if you need a table and they’ll try to accommodate as best as possible. Would suggest putting the umbrellas up over the street tables in rainy weather, as for some reason it didn’t happen and they were short on seating - but other than that, perfect

Delicious food, both vegetarian and non- vegetarian, well priced.

The rolls were super crunchy outside with a fluffy inside, you could taste they had been freshly baked. The ingredients were all really fresh.

The service was very friendly and attentive.
They supplied table water at no cost and the sauces for the vegetarian meal were also veggie

This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at! Great to see authentic Vietnamese right here in Perth! Very family orientated and great value

Consistently great Banh Mi and the rest of the menu is awesome too. Really sad that they're having to do takeaway only right now but the great service has stayed the same and I can't wait for my next meal

The minute you walk into this quirky little Vietnamese eatery it's all smiles out. Smile from the person who welcome you, smile from the menu, smile from the food on your plate, smile from the flavours of the meal.

Love the name of this little restaurant which shows love to their signature menu! The food here is all freshly made and authentic, always pleasure to eat. Pretty busy during lunch time.

This place is rather understated and basic when you first enter. You need to order and pay at the counter before trying to find space at one of the limited tables. The air conditioning system involves an open door with a large fan in the corner, and there are usually a few flies around to keep you on your toes. But if you can get past this rather low key reception, the food more than makes up for the inconvenience. The bahn mi is super tasty and served quickly by the friendly staff. We ordered a side of pork spring rolls which disappeared as soon as they hit the table. One of us ordered a main dish which took a little longer to arrive, but was reportedly excellent too.

Best place I have ever eaten it was just beautiful and so busy. Obviously I can see why. I live in port Hedland WA I will recommend to people travelling to Perth.

This place is incredible. The banh mi is so delicious with great flavours and quality ingredients. The Vietnamese iced coffee is awesome too! Can't recommend highly enough. 5 out of 5:)
