Soak up Leedy's chill vibes at this lovely location. Their food is always spectacular. Today, they accidentally forgot my noodle salad and noticed it just as I was about to say something. They offered a refund, saying it was a nice thing to do since they had made a mistake. This was such a generous gesture! Service like this is rare nowadays. The owner is friendly and the food is consistently great.

Great food, but have had so many delivery cancellations from these guys, it gets pretty frustrating!

I used to be a regular for the tofu bahn mi, but unfortunately moved out of the area so haven’t visited in a while.
I stopped by again and gave the vegan chicken rice a try and it was legitimately the best vegan chicken I have ever eaten. It blew me away and I will be going out of me way to come back for more!

Very popular restaurant in Oxford Street with a great setting and very friendly staff.
We visited because we drew the connection between Bunn Mee and Jenny Lam, a former masterchef contestant.
We had the habachi grilled pork and sticky soy chicken bahn mis.
Both were incredible!
The hot Saigon coffee was a great way to end the meal.
Amazing experience! Will be back soon for more

The food was refreshingly delicious, esspecially paired with fresh watermelon juice! Very big portions as well.

Browsing through Leederville after work on a Sunday looking for a feed, I had loved the smell walking past and noticed it was quite busy. I decided to order and was given a wonderful first impression. Elite quality of food, service and dine in experience. Food was warm, fresh and given to me rather quickly, the coffee was also lovely. Great job Bunn Mee and your team, keep it up!

We went to a Bahn Mi place to enjoy their non-bahn mi dish.happy with what we had, beef lemongrass salad and noodle soup. And love their pandan pastry!

The best Vietnamese food in WA.
I lived in CABRAMATTA, NSW which is known as the Asian central for shopping and restaurants, yet Pho and pork rolls are available almost everywhere in NSW. Come home to WA it’s impossible to find any food that compares, however I love the pork rolls Buhn mi here at this restaurant I’ll be bringing so many people here to experience the real type of Vietnamese foods

Serving sizes were very decent and the service was great. Heaps of tasty protein and fresh food. Love that you can go in hungry, order 1 meal and come out full!

A dangerously delicious taste of Vietnam. I had the shaking beef and rice and a Signature Bunn Mee, both of which left me wanting more despite the large portion sizes. I highly recommend a visit!

If you want Vietnamese street food at your front door, you definitely need to head over to Bunn Mee in leederville. I had the bún thịt nướng or grilled pork vermicelli supersized with additional authentic lacy/netted springrolls, the pork was chargrilled and tender packed full of flavour. The netted springrolls are actually uncommon to find, so I was excited to get these ones. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious and just the right balance of coffee and condensed milk. My sister got the crackling roast pork bánh mì thịt and I wish I had more space to buy one too! The pork was crunchy and the paté was amazing. The highlight for me was discovering the pandan brown sugar custard tart, it was like a Portuguese tart but with an Asian twist. Highly recommend, it was so good I bought another four to take home for my family.if it lasts til then anyway haha.
Also don't be too deterred by the queue, it's start getting packed round 1130am but service is quick so food comes out in no time. Thanks Bunn Mee team, you really made my lunch a highlight today!

Rude service. Had a takeaway order and they asked me to "wait somewhere else". It was raining and the sidewalk was busy. Never in my life have I had an experience like that. I get it's busy but you should treat all customers the same, not as an inconvenience. I was literally there for 5 minutes. Perhaps have a dedicated waiting spot for take out orders.

Consistently the best banh mi in Perth! Fresh high quality ingredients and speedy service. The noodles, soups, and salads are also great. I’m never disappointed to eat here. The folks are very friendly.

Discovering a little but always busy Vietnamese Restaurant in Leederville. Healthy meals in Colourfully cute atmosphere, I loved it.

Staff so friendly and efficient. So far I’ve tried the Pork Bahn mi and the pork spring rolls. Both outstanding. I’ll be back to work my way through the menu.
