Sorry guys, not that impressed.
Whilst I get it that you are remotely placed, it does not give you the right to charge whatever you like. There must be some standard for services paid for. Toilet paper, hand towels & maybe clean toilets occasionally.
Sites are very basic, ie dirt & rock. Very run down. Lot of dust, maybe gravel area? This is entrance to one of most stunning attractions in Australia, yet has little appeal. Staff do their best & we're very helpful, so I am not having a go at them. Just owners.
High prices are being charged for services like bus tours, helicopters etc, so someone is making the money. Put some back into the caravan pk.

Excellent bush camping experience with friendly hosts. Night skies are incredible and the bar is very cute. We were looking for something close to nature without a lot of frills and this fit the bill. Would stay again.

It is about a 2 hour drive into the park from here due to the challenging road conditions. Corrugations and water crossings are relatively minor but there are some steep sections and rocks.

Poorly maintained facilities, no mirrors in the bathrooms, no shade overhead so sitting on the loo could give you heat stroke, no where to hang towels or clothing so they don't get wet and filthy while you are showering. Speed humps ridiculously exaggerated. Staff couldn't answer simple questions. Thanks but no thanks, I'll free camp next time!

Dry and dusty, but you will have power and showers. But it's a good spot to catch the Heli flights

It is dusty, but sites were quite spacious. Lovely atmosphere, especially at night at the "Carabar". Enjoyed meeting others around the fire & hearing their stories. Amazing night skies.

We where allocated an unpowered drive through site we thought great won't have to unhook sadly it was so uneven we had to us ramps and unhook to get the van reasonably level (u16). The tour we where glad we never took our car but plenty of people did. The first bus was a fair ride but broke down the second bus was terrible. Bernie was a great tour guide always thinking of his passengers.

A great place to stay before and after driving into Purnululu National Park. I suggest also camping in Walardi campground to save driving out each day if you want to take your time on the south and north side walks. Remember it is a 53km 2hr drive into the park. Vibratory and dusty and a number of small water crossings.

Stayed 2 nights in a powered site in a camper van. The park is very basic and the powered sites are just red dirt - it gets in everywhere. You go and have a shower then walk back to the van and your feet are full of red dirt again. $50 pn for powered site is a bit pricey.the shower/toilet cubicles are old but clean. Bbq/bar area is ok but once again quite expensive but i suppose they have to truck everything in so that adds to their costs. If i had our time again i would try book one of the camps in the Bungle Bungle park

Great little Caravan Park that offers Helicopter tours plus bus tours of the Bungle Bungles. Also has bar with good food. The all day bus tour was fantastic.

Caravan spot was good location. Amenities clean. Drinks were too expensive in the bar area. Food was really good though. All staff were friendly. We did the bus tour to the bungle Bungles. Lovely tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They need a better bus with proper suspension though. Was extremely rough ride especially on the way back. She appeared to be going a bit faster than on the way in. She did say their main bus was out of action at the moment though.

DONT BOTHER staying here. Park up for the day for the helicopter tour only. Unpowered site was right next to an industrial generator.ran continuously! Couldn't sleep at all. Went to the office first thing to let them know and that they should maybe inform people about the noise when booking and they refused to refund my second night. Even though I only drove in yesterday, not pre booked. Rubbish

This caravan park is the closest to the Bungle Bungles for large caravans. The grounds are a bit sandy, but the sites are adequate as are the oblution facilities. The toilet / shower cubicles are roomy with great supply of hot water. It is possible to take helicopter flights from here to overly the ranges. We have opted to take the flights from Bungle Bungles, as not to waste so much time of the flight on the commute. Currently (end of May 21) the dirt road to the national park is in a very good condition.

Friendly staff, dirt sites, limited power, pet friendly and $50 per night for a powered site but overall very good. Don't try to ring for anything as they never answer the phone. Helicopter flights to the Bungle bungles are a must.

Good place to stay when visiting the Bungil Bungil. Clean spacious amenities, licensed bar and meals available. It is a bit dusty, but that's to be expected.
